Air Purification System - Hygiene & Odor control unit - Wall Mounted with nanoX and plasmOX technology Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Hygiene & Odor Control Unit - The system shall be Wall mounted with in built with nanoX technology with a coating of five metals comprising nano TiO2, gold, copper, platinum & silicon along with EPA approved antimicrobial coating having antimicrobial coating targeted on aluminum matrix cell duly enclosed by a poly quartz casing tube with the capability to produce ionized Hydroxyl oxidizers with in-built plasmOX to generate ion generator pins. The outer body of unit should be powder coated (PU) with ultrafine finish & the thickness of PU coating will not less than 100 µm (OEM to verify on letterhead). The Advanced Oxidation Plasma Technology (AOP) Cell Air Purifier shall be capable of removing TVOC, Formaldehyde, Sulphur di oxide, nitrogen di oxide, ammonia, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Total plate count, Yeast & Mold. using the nanoX and plasmOX technology that is without the use of any filters. The filter-based technology/ system is not acceptable. The power / control cabling between the unit and the power source / controls shall be included in the cost and the unit be to installed on wall. The technology i.e. nanoX and plasmOX shall be certified by Indian/ Foreign Lab for the following parameters: TVOC, Formaldehyde, Sulphur di oxide, nitrogen di oxide, ammonia, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Total plate count, Yeast & Mold along with efficacy report & test report for the same is need to be provided. The GreenPro, CE, ISO 9001:2015, RoHS with 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive along with FDA compliance certifications. The technology cell shall a microbiological testing report against Bacteriophage. The technology shall be tested by ICMR/ IIT for cell toxicity stating that there is no change in the structure and prove that it is absolutely safe for humans. The product supplied must be 'Made in India'. The technology should not produce ozone, the certification for the same shall be attached. If a distributor bids on behalf of the OEM, then all the documents of the OEM shall be submitted by the distributor with declaration from the OEM to present the same, failure to comply shall lead to disqualification. The unit should be complete with control cabling and Plug Top & necessary power cable. Vendor to comply all Tender Specifications and certifications. The reseller has to present an OEM authorization letter duly signed and mentioning that they are authorised to participate for the bid.Indoor Air Quality test at 3 washrooms decided by engineer incharge for TVOC, Formaldehyde, Sulphur di oxide, nitrogen di oxide, ammonia, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Total plate count, Yeast & Mold before and after installation of the units and both the test reports from NABL accredited lab shall be submitted to AAI and guranteed parameter mentioned above shall be fulfilled.
