Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding, removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, riser of steps, skirting, dado etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified

Ditto all as per item No 03 above, but , as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n. exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) bedding complete all as specified

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles as in vertical surfaces of size 300x450x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match designed incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified.

M&L 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type ) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white/coloured cement to match coloured tiles including Rounding, grinding and mirror polishing complete. Note: Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-In-Charge

Dismantling of ceiling boards including grid of any description fixed in any position with nails or screws etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for ceiling 605mm x 605mm using aluminium anodised sections aluminium sections main tee 36.5X25X1.4mm, cross 23.5X26.4X1.4mm, angle 25X25x1.4mm including cutting, drilling jointing etc complete including 4mm dia of GI hangers wire suspenders fixed with adjustable connectors and providing 6mm thick E-boards (Classic) 605mm x 605mm size Specified by Engr-in-charge and making good etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for seamless false ceiling made out of 12mm thick of gypsum board fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Philips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joints of face board with specially formulated joining compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and including GI channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 to 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeve and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 215 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffits at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.20mtr length) of 0.55 mm thick having kurled web of 50 mm and flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including 6mm thick GI hangers adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flats 40x3 mm size long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including thin layer of Pop with Gypsum binder, sanding the surfaces till smooth surface is obtained and finally applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over one coat primer over 3mm thick putty all as specified and as directed
