Diversion of the Incoming 11 kV OH line from Karo Mine Patch A to the Karo 11 kV/ 3.3 kV Main Substation, w.r.t. Karo O.C.P., under BnK Area

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate40 mmnominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (above 10 m and up to 12 m)

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required (3.315 kM x 394 kg/ km = 1306.11 kg) (for DOG Conductor)

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of 50mm X 8 mm M.S. flat ironpole topbracket/ crossarm for single 11/22/33 KVover head line conductor completewith fixing clamps, bolts, nutsandwashersdrilling holes for insulatorpins, boltsandnutsetc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400mm width x 2500 mm height, complete with 50mm x 6mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying & erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 kV Pin Insulator complete with large steel head G.I. Pin, nuts, washers, etc., as required.

Supply of 6 SWG GI wire for cradling, (Earth continuity 1105 mtr. x 0.131 kg/mtr = 144.755 Kg) + (Cradling 140 m x 3 wire = 420 mtr x 0.131 kg/mtr = 55.02 kg) + (Cradle Guard 158 x 3 mtr. x 0.131 kg/ mtr. = 62.09 kg) Total = 261.86 kg

Erection of GI wire no 8 SWG including binding etc as required.

Erection of Cradle Guard

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/ 33 KV as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminum overhead conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulator etc. as required. Conductor 1350 mtr x 3 wire = 4050 mtr = 4.05 km x 394 kg/km = 3049.56 kg + Disc – 72 set x 5.5 kg = 396 kg, Pin – 42 set x 2.1 kg = 88.2 kg, G.I wire – 340 kg, MS channel 75 x 40 x 6 mm 90 mtr x 7.14 kg/mtr = 642.60 kg, MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm 130 mtr x 4.52 kg/mtr = 587.60 kg, Total = 5103.96 kg

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Applying priming coat : With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanized iron/steel works With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat)

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Providing and making of steel pole collar in cement concrete ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20 mm ) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc. ( 0.65 cum x 19 nos = 12.35 cum )

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. 1.2 km x 3 mtr = 3600 sqm

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture for Numbering of poles, structures and sub – station equipment. For numbering of poles etc. 19 nos poles x 20 letter x 7.5 cm per letter = 2850 cm

Providing and fixing HT danger notice plate of 250 mm x 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscription in single red color on front side at required.

LayingofonenumberPVCinsulatedand PVCsheathed/XLPEpower cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in groundincluding excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (upto 120 sqmm)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories includinglugssuitable for following size of3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kVgrade as required:

Transportation of rail/ tubular pole to the working site.

Transportation of rail/tubular pole from the dismantled place to the vehicle approach loading point manually through pulling/ pushing upto distance of 100 mtr.
