Main Unit: Compact & Low weight A/C unit complete with compressor, SW Condenser, Evaporator Unit, Fan, deflector, HP/LP safety cutouts, sensors, filters, instruments installation kit, rubber hoses, etc. mounted on a common base frame with shock mounts (Indicative capacity 2 x 27000 BTU / Hr.). SW Pump, Sea Suction Valve, Sea Suction Strainer, Ball valves, Through hull kit with valve, Supply & return air grills (4 out-take grills, 1 intake grill), 2 Y-points, Transition boxes, ducting hoses with insulation, Freon pipes, flexible pipes and other fittings of ABS plastic.
Instrumentation, Monitoring and Control System: Instrumentation & controls with start/stop switch for remote control and monitoring from Wheel House
Tools & Tackles: Tools, gauges, special tools & equipment if any required for onboard maintenance of the equipment as per AC Unit manufacturers recommendations
On-Board Spares: The On board spares will cater for 2000 hours of annual exploitation / 200 days of usage in a year as per classification requirement. (See Para 13 below).
Base & Depot Spares: For 5 years maintenance. (See Para 14 below).
