The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work of Construction of Check Dam / Barrage of value not less than 50% of estimated value of Contract for each work costing not less than Rs.162.93 Lakhs from 2020-21 to 2024-25 An additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to the cost of work done to bring it to the present price level. The work done certificate should be obtained from a competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle.

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work usually 80 percent of Annual peak rate of construction in previous five years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25 1 M 20 and above Cement Concrete 2550.00 Cum 2) Steel 31.20 Tonne 3) Embankment 5250.00 Cum and 4) Pitching 3000.00 Sqm.

To Qualify for a package of contracts made up of this and other contracts for which tenders are invited in this IFT, the Tenderer must demonstrate having experience and resources to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. a Civil Engineer Graduate in BE Civil with Min.5 years experience 1 no. and b Civil Engineer/ Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with Min.5 year, experience. 1 no.

Contractor should have and upload Valid KPWD Class-II and above registration certificate contractors registered in PWD.

The intending bidder should further demonstrate: a) availability by owing at least 50% of the required / specified key and critical requirement for this work and b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease/ hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (Commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished Equipment a. Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value of Rs. 325.86 Lakhs.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity A x N x 1.5 - B Where, A Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years updated to 2024-25 price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value, at 2024-25 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 6 months period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited Note 1 The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. 2 Failure of bidder to comply with the requirement in the Prescribed Performa for qualification information as per section 3, will constitute sufficient ground for rejection of the technical bid for details please go through the detailed tender notification.

EMD Rs. 4.89 Lakhs (The requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through e-cash only)

The intending bidder should have in the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 651.72 Lakhs. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with their Unique Identification number (UIDN) generated by ICAI portal. A weightage of 10% each year will be added to bring it to present price level.

The tenderer/firm/company shall furnish details of liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of Rs.162.93 Lakhs for the work mentioned above for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / line of credit / certificate from Scheduled Bank/ e-bank gurantee / Irrevocable bank gurantee / Insurance Surety Bonds issued by Insurance Company authorised by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period).

Contractor should have and upload a PAN card and Income Tax returns of last 5 financial years. (FY 2020-21 to 2024-25)

Contractor should have and upload Valid GST Registration Certificate along with copy latest 3B final copy

Contractor should upload scanned signature of the bidder / authorized representative in case of a firm or company, to be attached while uploading the bid documents. Also in case of authorized representative, scanned copy of power of attorney should be uploaded.

Contractor should have and upload Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate along with latest paid challan copy.
