REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF GEYSER/SOLAR WATER HEATERS AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE(WEST)PATHANKOT

M&L for attending the Received/ recorded complaint lodged by occupant for the not functioning / breakdown of geyser including taking down and dismantling with complete address along with nature of fault and stores required.The contractor will collect the complaint from the concerned JE in charge and will attend the complaint as per the address and make good the the faulty appliance (Storage type hot water Geyser of any capacity upto 50 Ltrs of any make and type ) with replacement of the necesary parts as required . All the spare parts will be measured and paid seperately in respective following items. Note: Contractor will deploy sufficient Technician and Helper daily to attend the complaint as mentioned. Technician and Helper will report daily at compliant cell of AGE E/M Sub division at 8.30 AM to collect complaints and depart 5pm after attending all complaints. In case of none attending complaints in same day, recovery @ RS 250 per complaints will be recovered from contractor. Quoted rate to be included the Labour charge to replacement of items.

Thermostat 7 inches ISI marked suitable for geysers upto 50 Ltrs capacity of type as per site requirement. The adjustable range shall be 0-75 degree celsius complete all as specified an directed.

Thermostat 11 inches ISI marked suitable for geysers upto 50 Ltrs capacity of type as per site requirement. The adjustable range shall be 0-75 degree celsius complete all as specified an directed.

Capillary Thermostat switch 30-110 for electric water heater storage type suitable for AC 230 volts for geysers upto 50 Ltrs capacity of size as per site requirement. The adjustable range shall be 0-75 degree celsius complete all as specified an directed.

Syphon assembly 6 Hole made out of Stainless steel suitable for 25/50 ltrs capacity geyser including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers complete all as specified.

All asper Srl item No 7 here-in-before but for 9 Hole assembly.

Thermally insulated stainless steel tank for geyser of capacity 25 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The tank shall be able to withstand water pressure of 8bar.
