(a)Overhauling of the rope drums, lubricating of wire rope Applying cardium compound servo coal C-120/320 of all radial gates,CLMC emergency gates and sluice gates of RL 164.Through inspection of bearings (greasing of the bearing), tightening or replacement of fixing clamps if required, replacement of damaged wire ropes, nut bolts wherever requied. Checking the Alignment of wire rope. complete job as per specification and direction of E/I..(b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Maintenance Works of Central drive assembly of hoisting arrangements of all radial gates,CLMC emergency gates and sluice gates of RL 164 m .One Job includes: (i) Decoupling of motor & worm shaft. (ii) Dismantling of Inspection cover. (iii) Dismantling of all the bearing covers. (iv) Draining of contaminated oil form the Oil chamber. (v) Dismantling and Removal of top cover Gear box of central drive Assembly (vi) Cleaning and Inspection of all the Gears, Gearings and Oil seals. (vii) Greasing of all bearing and refitting of Bearing covers. (viii) Refitting of top cover of Gear box and Filling the fresh oil up to the required level. (ix) Alignment of Motor and Worm shaft Re-Coupling and greasing. (x) overhauling of motors including painting of complete motor housing structure. Refitting of Inspection cover after Replacement of Rubber gasket. complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (b).5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

Maintenance work of End gears of rope Drum of hoisting arrangements of all radial gates,CLMC emergency gates and sluice gates of RL 164 m ,one job includes: (a) Dismantling of Inspection cover. (b) Greasing of the all gears. (c)Refitting of Inspection cover .complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (d)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Brake Adjustment of the Central drive unit of hoisting arrangements of all radial gates,CLMC emergency gates and sluice gates of RL 164 m (i) Removal of cover of Brake Assembly. (ii) Cleaning of the Brake Drum using Fine & medium emery paper. (iii) Cleaning of the Brake shoes using Petrol only. (iv) Tightening of the foundation bolts of brake assembly (v) Adjustment of the Brakes & Trial Retightening of check nut for any slip. (vi) If required Replacement of Brake shoe liner By removal of old liner, drilling holes in new liner and riveting. Readjustment of brakes. (Liner and copper rivets shall be arranged be firm) Refitting of cover.complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Maintenance work of all trunnions: (i) tightness checking for nut , bolts of trunnion block assembly and its anchorages. (ii) Removal of dirt, grit etc. from trunnion assembly. (iii)Lubrication of trunnion bearing with water resisting grease ( SKF LGHC2 or of similar nature). complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Painting and rubber seal changing of CLMC emergency gates for smooth and leak proof operation.complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS).

(a)Repair, Maintenance and overhauling of CLMC service gates and sluice gates RL 152 m with all hoisting arrangements (including hydraulic power pack system) complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Inspection and maintenance of all electrical equipment’s of hoisting arrangements of all radial gates,CLMC emergency gates and sluice gates of RL 164 as perspecification and direction of E/I. (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Inspection and maintenance of all electrical connections,panels and wiring of all gates for smooth operation either from electricity or supply from DG set as per specification and direction of E/I . ( FOR THREE YEARS) This job must include : (i)Replacement of damaged armoured XLPE cable 120mm2 (4 core) of 200 kva D.G. set from dam control room to CLMC emergency gate.(for one time) (ii)Replacement of damaged armoured XLPE cable 50mm2 (4 core) from panel at guard room to CLMC service gate. (for one time) (ii)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Supply , fitting , fixing of missing counter weight slab of sluice gate of RL 164m and required reinforcement work as per specification and direction of E/I . (b)5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)

Assistance in attending various defects during running Maintenance of gear boxes, crane, centre drive assembly, Limit Switches, wire ropes etc. during monsoon. Under this scope you will have to depute three Nos. semiskilled and two Nos. skilled fitter for any job of maintenance as and when the requirement arises during full monsoon period .complete job as per specification and direction of E/I.( FOR THREE YEARS)

(a)Draining of contaminated oil and filling of fresh oil in the gear box of hoisting arrangements of Gantry crane. .( FOR THREE YEARS) The Job includes: (i) Making platform for safe working. (ii) Draining of contaminated oil. (iii) Dismantling of Inspection cover of central gear box, 01 no. and End assembly gear boxes, 02 Nos. (iv) Decoupling of motor worm shaft. (v) Inspection of gears, bearings, greasing, filing of the fresh oil and box up of the inspection covers after replacements of their gaskets. (vi) Alignment of the motor-worm shaft and Re coupling and Greasing. Dismantling of Platform.complete job as per specification and direction of E/I. (a)Repair of 500KVA (02 nos.) transformers after dismantling and replacement of damaged spare parts with new one(gasket, bushes, lids, HT & LT brass studs, nut , bolts, bush plates, connectors, cu sleeve and extra if any required). Replacement of damaged H.T and L.T copper wound coil. Complete job as per specification and direction of E/I..( FOR THREE YEARS) (b) 5% amount will be deducted from quoted amount from each a/c bill and will be released after successful completion of maintenance period.( FOR THREE YEARS)
