General cleaning upkeeping and maintenance of garden of VVIP guest house at Amarkantak under Sohagpur Area

Cleaning of toilet (floor area upto 10 sqm) including cleaning of dado, skirting, W.C. pan ( Indian type / western type), wash basin, urinals, glass shelves, mirror and other fittings including any other wash basin outside the toilet by hand casting cleaning with soap solution acid, deodorants phenyle etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic all complete with tools tackles & consumables as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck / sludge through trolley or tohe arrangement to a specified place (in no case it shall be kept on drain bank) within a lead of 1 Km complete with all tools and tackles as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge , upto 300 mm wide.

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony , campus and within the premises of service / welfare building and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specifed place as per instuction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of all types of roofs including removal of dry leaves, weeding and cleaning drain pipes , holes , brooming etc. all complete with tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified places as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of inspection chamber of all sizes and disposal of sludge etc. at specified place outside the colony with all leads including removal and replacing of top cover mending the damages of cover and chamber if any etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of door shutter , window shutter including chowkhats, window grills , glass panes etc. of service / community building / guest house etc. with necessary detergents , chemicals etc. complete as per Instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning mopping and washing of floor of public building / guest houses and other places , rooms , verandah etc. neatly with detergents , bleaching power , deodrant , floor cleaner etc. all complete with all tools , tackles and consumable materials to make the floor clean and hygienic as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance of old pre-developed garden /lawn/hedges/ plants/flower beds in all seasons including cutting, moving, weeding, watering, manuring replaced damaged part, levelling etc. and including tools, tackles, mechanical equipment, consumable labours, fertilizers, pesticides etc. as required from time to time as per standard expertise, so that during the contract period any time lawn/ hedges/plants/ flower beds should look healthy, well kept , well groomed , clean , fresh & pleasing to eye etc. all complete ( Note: the mechanical equipment like lawn mower, hedge trimmers etc. of power operated (i.e. electrical/diesel/petrol) to be engaged by party during execution period. And the quoted rates should also be inclusive of running cost of engaged equipment as above. (a ) - Maintenance of hedges

Planting different varieties of sampling plants including making earth pit , mixing of earth and manure (Cost of earth and manure shall be paid seperately) on ground etc. all complete with all tools & plants as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 5 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm.
