Periodical Maintenance of road from N.H.-06 to Manaharpur under AMP 2025-26 in the district of Deogarh

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Flank dressing to proper camber on both side berms etc. complete including taxes of all materials with all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil with 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and compaction with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 15.0kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm with 0.12cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including cost and conveyance of bitumen,metal and chips etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge.

Clearing the existing black topped surface with removal of forein materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/ or compressed air to receive bituminious treatment etc. complete.

Conveying from stacks and spreading moorum on road surface to proper thickness and camber for topping including cost and carriage of materials etc.complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm. on the prepared bituminious/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MORTH & H specification for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineering in charge.

Providing and laying Semi Dense Bituminious Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading , premixed with bitumininious binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and allignment , rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandom rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT & H Specificaion for road and bridge works ( 4rth Revision ) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineering in charge

Maintenance of Hume pipe Culvert by way of Clearing, Cleaning erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet wall and protection work as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1908 .

Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered surface /Concrete surface as per drawing etc complete

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometer stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1703 of MORD.

Providing fixing 200 Mtr. Stone as per approved drawing & specification including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, painting, figuring & fixing etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Guard stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:25 fixed position including finishing as per drawing and Technical specification Clause of MORD. ( Fixing on Berm )

Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign as per IRC 67 made of High Intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over Aluminioum sheeting 2mm thick supported on stainless steel post 75mm dia, 2nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with C.C (1:2:4) cement concrete 45cm x45cmx 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per drawing including cost of writting etc. complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2
