Chipping the existing old damaged cement plastering in ceiling and wall, plinth beam, cleaning the surface without any loose materials, removing the debris away from the site, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Plastering the ceiling, plinth beam with CM 1:3 - 12mm thick by using special bonding agent and with water proofing compound, after cleaning the rust in the exposed reinforcement and applying with anti rust coat, including cost of all materials, scaffolding, curing, labour, lead,lift etc., complete.

Plastering the wall with CM 1:5 - 12mm thick by using special bonding agent and with water proofing compound including cost of all materials, scaffolding, curing, labour, lead,lift etc., complete.

White washing two coats with good Shell Lime for ceiling including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the interior and exterior walls with two coats of best quality emulsion of approved colour over a primer coat on application of wall putty, including cleaning preparing the surfaces all materials, etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of enamel paint of approved quality over one coat of red oxide primer including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing damaged terrace tile flooring & cleaning the debris the debris away from the site including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Terrace flooring with pressed tiles of size 20x20x2cm using in CM1:3 mixed with crude oil 10 % weight of cement including cost of all materials,labour lead,lift etc complete (Excluding Pointing)

Pointing with CM 1:3 to full depth of tiles including cost of all materials,labour lead,lift etc complete
