SPECIAL REPAIR OF ELECTRICAL WIRING AT PM SHRI KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA NO1 AT INS RAJALI ARAKKONAM

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures, PVC conduits and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. removing materials from wall/ceiling etc to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into existing concealed conduit through Wall/Ceiling/Flore along with FRLS 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and mountling switches, socket, fan regulators etc complete for for the following point wiring and making good disturbed surfaces matching with existing paint complete all as specified and as directed. 2.01 (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 Sqmm size..

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps,same board with cables 1.5 Sqmm size.

All as per item ser no-2 above here in before but one 3 pin socket outlet 6 Amps, independent board with cables 2.5 Sqmm size.

All as per item ser no-2 above here in before but one 5 pin socket outlet 6/16 Amps, indipendent board with cables 4.0 Sqmm size.

One 3 pin socket outlet 6 Amps, independent board with cables 2.5 Sqmm size.

All as per item No.3 above here in before but one 3/5 pin socket outlet 6/16 Amps, indipendent board with cables 4 Sqmm size.

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 6 Amp white Active one module complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair of Modular step type fan regulator,120 W white Active two module complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Modular socket 6 Amp, 3 pin flush type Active white two module complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 16 A white Active one module complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Modular socket 16 A, 5 pin multi purpose Active white two module complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down existing rusted switch board sunken box from site including removing fixtures and fittings such as switch, socket fan regulator complete, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces necessary plaster, white wash matches with existing colour of wall, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting chases on brick walls concrete surfaces not exc 10cm girth and making good in cement mortar (1:3) the existing surface after carryiing out the concealed wiring including necessary finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix high efficiency wall mounted LED light fitting 4 feet white, 40W, integrated LED driver etc. complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including taking down old one and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Energy saving not less than 25 Watts LED light fitting ,IP66 powder coated pressure die cast aluminium high power street light with heatresisant toughened glass with lens by providing GI pipe medium grade 25 mm dia 1.5 Mtr in length with suitable size MS Clamp two nos made out of 25x3 mm FI incl two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, prewired and including connecting up with 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fitting and including taking down old u/s damaged complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and replacement of Metal clad socket single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin + earth plug top and socket including taking down complete with one doble pole 20-32 Amps MCB C Type 230 Volts complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down sub main wiring along with earth wire of any sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with Two run single core 4 sqmm for phase and neutral and one run single core 4 sqmm ass earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 continuity conductor drawn into existing concealed conduit or non-metallic rigid PVC conduit of minimum 20 mm dia as per site requirement wiring through wall/cable tray/ceiling/floor/roof etc including conduit accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The disturbed surfaces shall be made good with existing surface including finishes as applicale. (i) Two different color wires shall be used for phase and neutral . (iii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles . (iv) Three run of 4.0 Sqmm cable, and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

All as per item ser no-18 above here in before but two run single core 10 sqmm for one phase and neutral and one run single core 10 sqmm as earth wire (ie 3X10 Sq mm)

S&F sheet metal enclosure Vertical TPN MCCB DB 8 way double door with spreader terminals,insulating phase barrier and hardware with neccesary arrangements all as specified and directed Note :-(i) Including taking down old u/s DB, MCCB and MCB's (ii) MCCB and MCBs shall be measured and paid separately under the respective item of shedule. Note : Including taking down old unserviceable.

S&F DB for MCB Vertical TPN 8 way double door DB with 200 amps rated copper bus bar in SS enclosure double door type having IP 43 and IK 09 protection Including taking down old u/s DB and MCB's all as specified and directed . Note : Including taking down old unserviceable & MCB SPN/SP shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the schedule.

S&F DB for MCB Vertical TPN 4 way double door DB with 200 amps rated copper bus bar in SS enclosure double door type having IP 43 and IK 09 protection Including taking down old u/s DB and MCB's all as specified and directed . Note : MCB SPN/SP shall be measured and paid under the respective item of the schedule.

S&F DB for MCB SPN 12 way double door DB with 200 amps rated copper bus bar in SS enclosure double door type having IP 43 and IK 09 protection Including taking down old u/s DB and MCB's all as specified and directed . M&L for GI Pipe 15 mm light grade galvanised, with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix for MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type type 150/160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Including taking down old unserviceable.

Supply and fix for MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type type 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Including taking down old unserviceable.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic 2 modular regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE including taking down old ceiling fan and deposited to KV School store. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor(BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed. .

Supply,laying XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core, connecting with proper size Aluminium lugs, glands whereever necessary near LT Panels / Bus bar chamber panel / all as per site requirement , testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Including taking down old u/s cable.

Excavation in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth for taking up / laying cable etc and getting out for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed

Spreading riddled earth for low thermal resistivity UG cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed

Supply and lay standard size common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' for cable protection, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, adjustable Thermal & Fixed Magnetic setting type type 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and as directed Note : Including taking down old unserviceable.
