Demolishing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) using deploying machineries, saw cutting machoine including disposal of material / debris and carting within the site etc. Rate shall include for cutting of reinforcement steel of any size and shape with necessary tools and plants, scaffolding, water and power charges, cleaning the surface etc., complete and as directed. The rate shall include for stacking neatly and handing over the reinforcement steel removed from the dismantled concrete.

Earth work in narrow excavation for foundation in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for trenches, catch basins, collection chambers ,drains etc,. by mechanical means (JCB / Hydraulic rock breaker / Poclain etc.,) including manual excavation in for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification and conforming to safety rules during progress of the work as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification. Rate to include backfilling, leveling, dressing of sides and ramming of bottom with all leads, lifts and filling inside the building plinth level including necessary compaction in layers of 150mm thick each complete as directed and dressing to proper level and graded as required etc,

Supplying and filling with M-sand well watered rammed, and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (1 of cement : 4 of coarse manufactured sand : 8 of hard broken stone jelly) using coarse graded aggregate of 40 mm for leveling course under footing, steps, walls, raft, retaining wall, drains, kerb and median, platform etc. including all materials, labour charges, wastages , mixing, curing compaction, transportation, necessary lead and lifts etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification as per IS 456-2000 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Mobilisation of pile rig including transportation, installation, driving of vertical cast in situ bored piles of following diameter using reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M25 Grade by setting the bored cast in situ pile., boring for the piles from ground level in all soils to the required depth below cut off level to carry a safe working load not less than specified, by Direct Mud Circulation Method (using bentonite clay of required density) inclusive of pile accessories, temporary casing pipe, bentonite solution of 10% of concrete with required density and routine test as per IS 2911 (Part- IV) - 2013 etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Design Mix M25 Grade concrete using with ordinary Portland Cement with minimum cement content 400 kg , water cement ratio not exceeding 0.5 including the use of Plasticizer of required Grade and Hard Broken Granite Stone Jelly of 20mm size and down graded as per requirement. Mix Design Data has to be got approved by the Engineer-Incharge before commencement of work.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages , placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced cement concrete Column footing, plinth / grade beam, bed blocks, template surfaces, steps, piers, raft slab / beams and such other members

For all type of walls (any thickness) including, retaining wall, core walls, shear wall, parapet wall, fins, facia, kerb and median etc... for all floors & levels.

Providing the Reinforced cement concrete M-30 using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waistslabs, steps, landing beams fins , boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 500 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete / PVC cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. Rate to include all bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Special plastering in CM 1:3 and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, stair case steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Painting the wall with texture finish paint including labour charges etc all complete., and as directed by engineering incharge

Providing dadoing with machine cut polished best quality approved colour granite slab of thickness not less than 20mm of size 1200x600 / 900x600 mm, set in C.M 1:3 ( 1 of cement : 3 of manufactured sand ), thickness not less than 20 mm including pointing with matching colour of Latapoxy SP100 and fixing with stainless steel clamps 6mm dia.and 100 mm long welded with 40 mm and 25 mm long pieces at two ends to right angle, the former with horizontal position to be embedded in brick wall / concrete surface and the later with vertical position to be inserted and caulked in to the holes of the slab, drilled for the purpose, both forming 'T' shape and cement grouted including edge polishing wherever required and forming groove at joints as directed at all levels.Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, working at all levels, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, filleting/ chamfering of the edges along with partial recessing of the skirting into masonry, preparation of surface, ncessary haccking in RCC surface, cutting of tiles to required shape, edging, tools and plants, fuel, curing, cleaning, acid wash over finished surface, protection with Gypsum / Pop layer over Plastic sheet and removing the same before handing over as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.Rate shall include for preparation of base surface, cleaning, chamfering, edge polishing, with tin-oxide / high gloss factory polish, provision of 'V' shaped notch cuts along the horizontal and vertical joints of specified size as detailed in the drawing protection with Gypsum/POP layer over plastic sheet etc. complete, as directed.

Supply and applying water proofing treatment on Retaining walls external surface at Basement, UG Sump, STP, ETP, Water tank, Raft sides etc. using cement admixed with water proofing compound in the following order.

i) Making ' V ' grooves at the construction joints of size 20 x 20 mm and filling the "V" Groove with CICO No. 3 Quick Setting Waterproofing Compound admixed with cement

ii) Supply and Fixing of 50 long 18 mm dia GI nozzles in the hole of about half the depth of member size along construction joints, and honey comb areas at a spacing not more than 1m c/c.

iii) Supply and Applying injection grouting through the nozzles grouting pumps with a minimum pressure of 2 kg/sqcm with cement slurry admixed with CICO Non shrink Polymeric Water Proof Grouting Compound or approved equivalent at the rate of 2% by weight of cement.

iv) Sealing & cutting of nozzles and leveling the surface using integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.3 or approved equivalent in the ratio 1:1by weight.

v)Supply and applying one coat of TAPECRETE Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious Slurry Coat over well prepared surface as a Primer and applying CICO CORCHEM 206 - I Polyurethane Based Elastomeric Coating to the thickness of 1.5 mm in 2 coats over TAPECRETE slurry coat applied surface.

iii) Lay protective plaster layer with 12mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with Normal setting integral Waterproofing compound CICO NO.1 or approved equivalent conforming to IS 2645 at the rate of 2% by weight of cement over the third coat of brush topping. Plaster shall be cured by spraying of water for the next 7days. The entire water proofing system shall be protected with a 25 mm thick extruded polystrene with necessary low VOC adhesieve

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain Water Pipe 4 Kg /sqcm , of approved quality with necessary C.I. Gratings 110 mm dia PVC plain bend ,110 mm PVC shoe ,off sets,M.S. special clamps (heavy) teak wood plugs and screws of approved quality etc. including fixing C.I. grating 100mm dia at the junction of parapet and floor or roof slab and jointing with rubber lubricant etc, complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Construction of Inspection Chamber of size 60x60x60cm with necessary earth work excavation 40mm size brick jelly concretein C.M.1:4:10 ( 1 cement, 4 river sand and 10 broken brick jelly) stock brick work in C.M.1:6 (1 cement and 6 river sand) for 23cmthick wall benching channelling and plastering interior exterior and top with C.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 river sand) 12mm thick and providing 7.5 cm thick RCC loose slab covering in CC 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement, 2 river sand and 4 blue granite broken stone jelly of 12mm to 20mm size) with necessary reinforcement and arrangements to lift for cleaning purpose etc.

Providing band cornice work 230mm wide and 50mm deep using country brick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) plastered with cement mortar 1:4 308 654 ( 1 cement and 4 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand) Sandsand),12mm thick including rendering smooth with cement at 22.5kg per 15m length, curing,necessary scaffolding and centering,etc.,complete as directed during execution.
