Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Applying 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

2 mm thick

External area 1mm thick wall putty

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Two coats

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liters/10sqm on existing cement paint surface)

French spirit polish one or more coat on old work

Painting with Golden shade synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick polycarbonate Solid sheet roofing up to any pitch and fixing with bolts and nuts/ screws of suitable dia or with self drilling fastener and along with washer, including sealing joints with silicon sealant a etc. complete . and (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required.

Providing / fixing Aluminium Top and Bottom Profile section 2 1/2" wide profile of section ( 2 ½ inch wide) , along with EPDM rubber , with bolts and nuts/ screws of suitable dia or with self drilling fastener and along with washer, including sealing joints with silicon sealant a etc. complete (3x4.3+2x2.5=17.9)
