M&L for repairing of LT Pannel of any make type/size including replacement of following unserviceable accessories and all type of fabrication , welding, brazing and drilling work:- (a) Replacement of stainless steel hinzes of existing suitable size. (c) Replacement of locking arrangement with Aldrope locks (Front and rear door). (d) Replacement of Lugs as per site requirement. (Note : All other spare parts/accessories shall measured and paid for separately under relevant items).

M&L in rerplacement of CRCA sheet of thickness 3 mm, size as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L in rerplacement of CRCA sheet of thickness 2 mm, size as per site requirement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L in repair MS frame for fixing of panel made out of mild steel angle iron as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of insulator for fixing the bus bar grade 1100 volt, size as per site requirement including nuts bolts and washers all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of panel with anchor fastner nuts & bolts of mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of LED phase indicator lamp set (RYB) operating voltage 220 Volt AC all as specified and directed.

M&L for scraping of old paint/rust etc with wire brush from body of LT pannel and applying base material/ primer for smooth surface and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint to match existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of aluminium bus bar any size (5x20, 10x20, 10x40, 10x50,10x80, 10x100mm) as per requirement at site including insulating with sleeves all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing of LT control bus bar chamber out door type with neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangement vermin/dust / weather proof, self ventilation with wire mesh at suitable interval totally enclosed, busbar chamber, fully comparted type, front openable hinged with locking arrangement and Rear and front door with L drop locking arrangement made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated paint, properly welded and connecting the incoming / out going feeders by providing cable glands and cable lugs including installation of panel and frame pedestal legs made angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm of length 900 mm, 450 mm below the ground and 450 mm above the gound level grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed comprising of following accessories. (i) MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole, 36KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including spreader.(ii) Bus bars : 320 Amp TPN aluminium busbars (iii) Volt meter 0 to 500 volts digital type with slector switch - 1 No (iv) Ampere meter 0 to 200 Amp digital type slector swtich - 1 No

Taking out/ dismantaling the servo stablizer from foundation and transporting the same to workshop, taking out of all burnt winding wires by strip opening of 3 phase voltage stablizer of any make, rewinding the stablizer with super enameled copper winding wire of required gauge and quantity including varnishing insulation sheet cotton, glass sleeve etc as required reassembling testing transporting back to site from workshop installing back and making connection and again testing for 100 KVA servo voltage stabillizer for improved performance all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . (Note : Supply only winding wire transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevnt items).

(d) Trip coil Supervision (e) Aux switch (f) UVT Coil (g) Miss Insertion preventer (h) Control terminal protection cover (j) Mechanical interlock etc Note :- (i) All other spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items. (ii) Repairs shall be done within 3 days after intimation to contractor by JE/Engr-in-Charge failing which penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day will be levied on contractor.

The box of frame should be provided two nos of LED bulb of not less than 09 watt with holder and wire for connection at both ends. The electric connection to be given by means of suitable wire size through conduit from the respective sub stations and pump house building . The contractor has to provde the holding arrangment on the wall of pump houses/ substation building all as er directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Rs. 1,26,296.20/- Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
