Construction of Additional Class Rooms for Kuturachuan Higher Secondary School Building under Infrastructure Grants of Deptt. of HSE, Odisha for the year 2025-26.

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc complete with all other T&P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from working area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including 1% cess.

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost ,conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials and labour required for the work as per specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of crusher broken hard granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering , curing with cost , conveyance, royality, taxes , labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work , finishing the exposed surface smooth , providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in C:M (1:6) using 25cmx12cmx8 cm size bricks having crushsing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular, mouldings, and corbelling , champhering and similar such type of work , watering and curing etc . complete including cost , conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. In Superstructure

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finishing the exposed surface including cost , conveyance, royalties and taxes of all the materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-25 grade having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test ) 200 kg/ sq. cm in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S 456 and I.S 516 using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry Column and Beams
