Annual Cleaning, Upkeeping and Maintenance of Garden at Central Hospital of Bishrampur Area. (For 297 days).

Cleaning ,mopping and washing of floor of public buildings other places neatly with detergent,bleaching powder etc. all complete with tools,tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of Engr incharge.( cost of disinfectent seperatly (02 times per day )( 1000.00 Sqm per man power )

Cleaning of all toilets including cleaning of dedo,skirting,WC pan ( indian/Uropean type),wash basin,urinals glass shelves mirror and other fittings by dusting and cleaning with soap solution,acids,dedorent ,phenyl etc to make the toilets clean and hyginic. all complete with tools,tackles and consumable, as per instruction of Engr incharge.( 02 times daily)( 40 Nos per man power )

Brooming and Cleaning of all roads,in colony and premises of service building and other places as required with all tools,tackles and stacking the garbage as specified place, as per instruction of Engr incharge ( 1 time per day)( 2500.00 Sqm per man power )

Cleaning of door shutters ,window shutters including choukhats window grills,glass panes cobwebs etc with necessary detergent, chemicals complete with tools,tackles and consumable, as per instruction of Engr incharge.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck,sludge through trolly or other arrangements to especified place within a lead of 1 KM complete with all tools,tackles , as per instruction of Engr incharge. Above 300 mm and up to 600 mm wide ( once in a week )

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.( 03 times in year ) ( for Bishrampur colony Central hospital etc.(2 times in 10 months)

Providing man power assistence for wards,Dialysis center,O.T. Room ,casualty and other unforceen work,as per instruction of Engineer -in-charge 01 nos in 1st shift,01 Nos in 2nd shift ,01 nos 3rd shift and 01 nos mate) to be deployed per day ( Central Hospital)

Trimming and trenching of tree branch mannually ( Height more than 10 feet) and disposal of cutting branches upto a lead of 50 mtr all complete job as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Transportation of rubbish, garbages etc. including loading, unloading manually lead upto 5.00 Km by tractor trolley

Providing phenyl of aooroved brand as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing Nepthalene ball of aooroved brand as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing Harpic of aooroved brand as per instruction of engineer in charge..

Providing Washing powder for domestic use of aooroved brand as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing liquid soap with bottel. 200 ml with container,engineer in charge.

Providing Godrej or equivelent Air packet as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing Room freshner of aooroved brand as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Maintenance of Garden,lawn of already planted decorative plants including removal of unwanted vegation,grass and watering of plants etc complete ,as per insruction of Engineer -in-charge For Hospital ( 02 Man power to be deployed).

Supplying and stacking sludge/ manure at site including loading, unloading and carriage complete.(sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment )

Supply of Dahalia plant (hybrid) in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supply of Merygold (Genda) plant ( hybrid)in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supply of Rose ( Gulab) plant (hybrid) in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supply of Gudhal plant (hybrid) in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supply of Chicuhia palm plant (hybrid) in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Supply of Pones palm plant (hybrid) in different colour as per instruction of engineer in charge.
