Layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 500KVA, 22KV, 433V, HV - Delta, LV Star off load tap changing, copper wound, outdoor type, distribution Transformer as per IS 1180(Level I) ON AN cooled, confirming to relevant IS 1180 / IEC 60076, Level-II Class A Insulation and mounted on 300 x 90 x 6mm base channel bolted to a suitable RCC plinth of height 5' and RCC foundation to a depth of 2' with reinforcement by suitable MS rods 150Kg / m3 capable of bearing 2 ton weight and connected works fitted with the following: 1) HT Cable End box suitable for connection of 22KV 3c x 240sq.mm HT cables & LT Cable end box suitable for 3runs x 3.5c x 400 Sqmm cable. 2) Bucholz relay with shut off valve, alarm and trip contacts. 3) Dehydrating silica gel breather. 4) Conservator with oil filling pipe, cap and drain plug valve. 5) Tank drain cum bottom filter valve with plug. 6) 4 Nos. plain rollers uni and bi-directional under base channels with skid. 7) Dial type thermometer with pocket to measure oil temperature stem type. 8) Tank top filter valve with plug. 9) Explosion vent with diaphragm. 10) Oil level gauge with marking. 11) Two body earthing terminal and additional neutral bushings for solid earthing. 12) Rating and terminal marking diagram plate. 13) Lifting hooks/ Lifting eyes/ Jacking pad to facilitate easy movement of Transformer to ground level, cover lifting lugs. 14) Off load hand operated tap changing switch at standby height from ground level. 15) Tapping on primary winding for voltage variation +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5%. 16) Welded and detachable radiators. 17) Air release device. 18) The transformer should be supplied with first filling of oil as per IS 335 with high dielectric strength, BDV and flash point.

Supply and providing diamond mesh type fencing comprising of fixing of 50mm x 6mm angle iron "L" angle grouted 1feet length below the ground level with concrete, 6' lenth above the ground level it should be grouted around the Ring main unit panel in an equal interval of 6' distance, Providing one number top channel by using 25 x 6 mm "L" angle frame around the fencing, providing of 65mm x 65mm x 3mm diamond type mesh 6' above the ground level around the fening etc complete with flooring in the HT yard.
