Note: water proofing treatment shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement persquare metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings completed all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed on fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3 % of wt of cement finished even and smooth in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces icompleted all as specified and as directed. (v) M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion). etc.

(vi) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with WPC @ 2% by wt. of cement, as sub base, 75mm thick. (WPC will be measured and paid separately.) on top (vii) M&L for plastering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately) (screed bed to receive . Note :- above includes (a) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect.(b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by pounding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated (c) Horizontal flat area to be measered. Note: For payment purpose and nothing extra shall be admisibility on account of any misunderstanding.

Note :- (1) Existing Electric Meters - 04 Nos will be taking down carefully and refixing the same inside the New Meter Box carefully incl necessary electric connections and sealing the electric meter, and MCB DB SPN 4 Way and MCB DB SPN 2 Way shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items of this schedule (2) - The cubical box shall be fix inside(concelled) the existing wall by necessary cutting/grouting the wall and make good the disturbed surfaces by applying cement plaster and white wash to match with the adjacent surface of wall.
