Supply & fix antistatic FRG (Fibre Reinforced Glass) dunnage of size 300 x 300 x 200 mm complete all as specified and directed of following specifications:- (a) FRG made of chopped strands material of density 450gms/cum conforming to IS code 11551-1996. Construction of steel gate of size 5.5m wide and 3 m high with wicket gate 1.2 m wide and 3 m high including RCC columns, painting steel surfaces in two coats over one coats of primer and two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash to RCC column including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, complete all as specified & shown in Drg No : CE/STD-140/11, SH 1/1 and SH 1/2) and as directed.
Supply and installation (As per IS 2470 (Part-I) -1985) of LLDPE septic tank 100% ecofriendly, leak proof durable and excellent performance through massive reduction of BOD with a up flow filter including media (capacity 3000 Ltrs for 05 users) design to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, PCC1:4:8 below foundation, returning filling and removal of excess soil upto 100Mtr and including inlet and outlet connection with suitable DWC (SWR) flexible pipe with all necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES:- (a) Tanks should not be laid at a gradient not steeper than 1:50 in order to minimize turbulence in the tank. (b) Ventilating pipe should be provided at least 50 mm dia and min 2 metre height .The top of the pipe shall be provided with a suitable cage of mosquito proof mess. (c) The Minimum distance between septic tank and soakage well should be 3Mtr. (d) The diametre of tank should be 1.65mtr and height 1.95mtr and thickness of pipe 100mm, chamber volume 2.01 Cum and filter volume should be 0.99 Cum of any make from Sintex / United/Supreme. (e) Rate are inclusive of excavation, bedding and laying including PVC pipe 4 to 5 Mtr length and suitable pipe dia for connection to inlet and outlet from septic tank with manhole and soakage well and hunching/ benching, returning filling and removal of excess soil upto 100Mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long ) with 300x300x6mm MS base plate continuously welded to pole , finial taper plug , bolts , nuts and screws and making holes as per requirement including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer , making 05 NOs strips , each 30cm high with super enamel paint (black and white/yellow) from ground level / coping upto 1.5m painting with two coats of aluminium paint for the remaining height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work , GI pipe , clamp shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.)
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV 630 Amp Outdoor type RMU extensible IP 54, floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker-02 Nos as incomer, fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers - 01 Nos as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections and sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic/non ferrite/stainless steel tank grade 304 of minimum 2.5mm thick having IP 67 degree of protection filled with SF 6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376,60376 & 603760 B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation. RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site. RMU should be tested for an internal arc fault of 21KA for 1 Sec as per IEC62271-200 and paint shade and thickness should be as per AIS 632 IS- 5 complete all as specified and directed.
The outer enclosure shall cover the full length of the switch gear, to ensure IP 55 protection for full door covering of complete switchgear. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fittings as required at site and incorporating the following accessories:- (a) 2Nos. Incomer & 1Nos. Input 230V AC & Output 24 V DC. (d) Capacitive voltage indication fixd type VPIS 9-15KV (e) Necessary interlocking arrangement for safety and operations (f) one no. operation handle for manual operation. (g) one no. manometer. (h) safety interlocks shall be provided as per relevant IEC/IS standards and Manufacturers directions. (i) Above swithgear shall conform to all relevant IEC/IS standards.
(j) Manual operation of Vacuum Circuit Breaker should be possible without dismantling the motor from RMU. The motor should be fitted in such a way that it should not be outside front covers of RMU. (k) Operation and instruction mannual with drawings - 01 Set. (l) All cable bushing should be replaceable type (m) Module should be accomodated as per manufacture's design. (n) RMU cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection and metering CTs (o) Auxxiliary power supply- single phase auxiliary transformer- 11KV/230 V AC for input to battery charger (p) Connection between cable riser panel & coupler VCB shall be cable connected using touch proof kits and same shall be done by OEM only as per their recommended guidelines Vacuum Interrupter should be of same make. Cable box should be arc proof with bolted door and interlocked with respective earthing switches. Doors should be removable for the ease access to terminate cables.
11 kv ,630 amps ,25 KA ,outdoor type LBSSFU with HT fuse trip ,single ICOG panel ,having provision for terminating both incoming & outgoing cables as per BOM enclosed -HT fuse of 20 amps having following additional facilities : (a) HRC Fuse 11 kV -03 nos (b) Indications for mechanical ON/OFF (c) Control switch /Push button for manual trip push and electrical trip push button with control wiring with appropriate size and colour (d) Bus bar aluminum 630 amps (e) Panel shall be dust and vermin proof made of 3.15 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated. (f) Provisioning for receving of incoming and outgoing cables through bottom entry with glands. (g) Surge arrester (9kV,10 kA)
Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR -2009 Part II, including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC M-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connection, testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Rates for excavation and earth works is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).
Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of ECO friendly diesel engine driven water cooled generating set of capacity 125 KVA, 415 volts, AC supply, 50 HZ, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, speed 1500 RPM mounted on common base plate with flexible coupling and meeting the requirements of IS-4722/BIS specificaiton with CPCB -IV PLUS with AMF Panel approved accoustic enclousres fabricated out CRCA sheet 2 mm thick and structual sheet metal base frame. Sound proofing of enclouser is done with high quality foam conforming to IS 8183 of 25 mm thickness and density 30 Kg /M3 complete including PCC foundation in all respect complete as per manufacturer's recommendations. (a) Diesel engine : Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity at 1500 RPM generally in accordance with latest BIS/IS specifacition provided with blower fan ,12 volts self starting including maintenance free battery of suitable capacity ,charging dynamo/alternator ,air cleaner ,diesel /oil filters complete in all respect . The engine shall be capable of taking 10% overload for one hour for every 12 hours of running conforming to the enviroment (protection act 1986) (29 of 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notifications Part -II Section -III sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004 and latest CPCB norms. (b) Engine Instructions panel: All relevant information shall be displayed on a complete panel for easy monitoring of lubricant, oil pressure, battery charging, ammeter, hours meter, starting switch etc.
(c) Fuel tank: In built fuel tank of adequate capacity with stop cock, drain plug and necessary fuel pipe complete as per manufacturer's recommendations. (d) Alternator: 100 KVA / 80 KW at NTP, 3 phase ,50 HZ ,415 volts, AC supply, copper wounded, 0.8 PF at 1500 RPM, this shall be self excited screen protected and drip proof type bruchless ,conforming to relevant IS/BIS code as per latest manufacturing schedule. (e) Control panel: The standard control panel shall be built in accoustic enclousers with the following accessories complete wired with suitable size of copper cables: (i) MCCB of suitable rating with over load and short ciruit protection (ii) Digital ammeter (iii) Digital voltmeter (iv) One set of indicating LED lamps RYB and fues (v) Frequency meter, RPM meter, Hour meter, fuel level indicator (vi) KWH meter electronic tamper proof digital for 3 phase 415 volts AC unbalanced load of suitable capacity. (vii) Water temperature oil pressure gauge. Note : The gen set must be affixed with label meeting the following requiements:- (The label shall be durable and legible )
(1) Name and address of the engine manufacturer (2) Statement that this engine conforms to the enviorement protection (3) Type and approval certificate number. (4) Date and manufactatured of gen set. (F) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOUSER: Accoustic enclouser is made out of CRCA sheet and ISMC base frame painted. The walls of enclousers will be insulated with rockwool so to canopy with 75 dba at 1 mtrs sound leveled by ministry of environment and forest . The enclouser shall have following provisions:- wall of enclouser will be insulated as per manufacturer's recommendations with the following : (I) Fitting arrangement (ii) Point for neutral and body earthing (iii) Lub oil drainage (iv) Air breather (v) Hood or rain protection (vi) Easy stop push button (vii) Panel meter viewing window (viii)Tube light fitting of suitable wattage NOTE: (a) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy. (b) First filling of Engine oil and fuel etc should be arranged by the contractor.
LED solar street light fittings 24 watt LED solar standalone street light having MPPT charge controller, IP-66 protection 50 Wp PV module, 12.8 V/24 Ah LiFePO4 (Lithium Ferro Phosphate) battery pack, 6 mtr long MS galvanised tubular pole (Hot dip galvanized), theft rertardant Metallic battery box mounted on pole top, 5700 K including company name should be embossed /engraved on the dia cast aluminum housing of the luminaire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall produce LM 79 & LM 80 test report form OEM owned NABL accredited laboratory. (ii) Contractor shall give gurantee of complete fitting/ fixtures for minimum of 2 years form the date of completion. (iii) Contractor shall arrange complete material at site for approval of GE before incorporation in the work.
Supply only rubber mat 1 x 2 x 19mm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, Installation, testing & commisioning of totally enclosed feeder pillar box, indoor type (IP-65) fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof powder coated double door type (independent cabin including locking arrangement for each MCCBs, bus bar chamber (enclosed) including locking arrangement complete suitable for operating on 415 Volt 50 Hz AC, supply internally wired with copper conductor, TPN bus bar of aluminium strip (4 Nos) insulated by heat shrinkable sleaves & clips on shrouds for joints. Busbar shall be designed to withstand a fault lavel at 415 Volts having legs 45 cms made out of 65x65x6 mm angle iron grouted on brick masonry platform upto 30 cms. Comprising the following:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 400 A, 415 volt 50HZ with thermal setting 70% to 100% and rupturing capacity not less than 36 KA - 02 No (for Incoming). (b) MCB SPN 10 Amps - 01 No (for Missile Shed ) (for out going). (c) MCCB 3 pole, 320 A, 415 volt 50HZ with thermal setting 70% to 100% and rupturing capacity not less than 36 KA - 01 No (AC Plant and AHU) (for out going).
