Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan of any size/sweep/make on any height from its position, dismantling the fan including preventive maintenance by servicing, greasing, oiling, cleaning external surfaces porperly and replacement of defective spare parts and refixing the same in position including testing complete as specified and directed . (Note : Cost of spare parts and flexible connection wire as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule as "Supply only").

Fixing, connecting & testing of fan regulator of any including addition/alternation in mounting plate type complete as specified and directed Note :- Regulator will be issued under Sch 'B' as free for fixing

M&L for single coat painting of ceiling fan of any sweep with 1st grade quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying, filling cavites with filler including necessary preparation of surface duly demarking fan Nos complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Bearing any type and size suitable for the existing ceiling fan. Make - SKF/NBC

Supply only Capacitor 2.5 Mfd paper insulated. Make -CG/EPCOS/Havells

Supply only Capacitor 4 Mfd paper insulated. Make CG/EPCOS/Havells

Supply only GM bush suitable for all as per sample any type of ceiling fan.

Supply only GM bush suitable for all as per sample any type of Table/cabin fan.

M&L in repair to fan shaft by filling metal cutting by machine,grinding polishing complete and making good adequately for any ceiling fan complete as specified and directed

Supply only in replacement PVC flexible 3 core round copper conductor of size 2.5 SQmm from including connection complete all as specified and directed. Make- Polycab/Finolex/Havells.

Supply only in replacement PVC flexible 2 core cable with copper conductor of size 0.75 SQmm from ceiling rose to fan including connection complete all as specified and directed. Make- Polycab/Finolex/Havells.

S&F hanging fasterners with nut/bolt and rubber bush suitable for ceiling fan of any make and size complete all as specified and directed

M&L for down rod of ceiling fan made of GI pipe light grade 15mm dia duly drill and threaded with all fittings and fixed complete to walls/ceiling all as directed. Make : Prakesh/Jindal/TATA.

S&F fan blade set (set of three) made out of aluminium suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan, as per existing size and gauge including balancing of body strecture for free rotation complete all as specified and directed . Make : Usha/crompton/Orient/Khaitan or as per existing make complete all as specified. Note:-Set of three blades shall be measured and paid as one unit

Dismantling ceiling fan (any size/sweep/make) and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same after proper cleaning with super enamelled copper wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve the desired RPM, cleaning and replacement of bearings, bushes, capacitor etc as required and testing complete on completion for old model ceiling fan having requirement of super enamelled copper winding wire exceeding 500 Gms and not exceeding 1000 Gms for each fan and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Note : (a) Replacement of unserviceable parts like capacitor, bearing, bush and flexible wire shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Ceiling fan shall be collected from MES Store of GE Saugor and deposited to Store after repair.)

Dismantling of exhaust fan and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including cleaning and replacement of defective parts as required for exhaust fan of size 225 mm to 300 mm sweep and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Exhaust fan shall be collected from MES Store of GE Saugor and deposited to Store after repair.)

Dismantling of air circulator fan/ wall mounting fan /table fan and taking out existing burnt out winding wire of motor and rewinding the same with super enamelled bare insulated copper winding wires as per existing gauge and turn to achieve desired RPM including cleaning and replacement of defective parts as required for air circulator fan/ wall mounting fan /table fan of any size and testing all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately.. (b) Air circulator fan/ wall mounting fan /table fan shall be collected from MES Store of GE Saugor and deposited to Store after repair.)

S&F fan blade assembly with necessary MS screws & washers suitable for exhaust fans/Air circullar fan/Wall mount Fan /padestel fan of any descriptions .(Note: Set of three blades shall be measured as one unit and make of assembly shall be as approved by GE.)

S&F in repairs including testing of single phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0 , 240 volts, 50 Hz with Backlit LCD,optical port &RS 232 port display of rating 5 - 30 A with DLMS complince as per IS 15959 (measure & display KWH,kVAh, V, I, PF,frequency,kW,kVA,Six month history of Energy & MD in kW&kVA and anti temper feateres and load profile) with transparent hinge type box, complete all as specified and directed. Make : HPL Model No -SPPB1323111002OC03 or equivalent in L&T/Secure as approved by GE

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) any make and capacity from clamps/ bolts including disconnecting water and electric connection and refixing the same and connecting up after cleaning of geyser and repair in E/M yard or site bringing out inner tank , geyser apparatus (Flange), thermostat, indicator lamp and reassembling complete after carrying out repair and replacement of wornout parts complete. Note : (a) worn out spares/repair of leakage of inner tank shall be measured and paid separately as supply only .(b)Petty stores like insulation tape, screws, small piece of cable, etc shall be provided by the Contractor without any extra cost to the department. (c) Defect developed while taking out the geysers, such as leaking of joints, damaging of thread of pipe/geyser and other GI fittings such as elbow, nipple, union, socket, etc shall be rectified/replaced by the contractor at his own cost.
