Dismantling Concrete cement concrete plain 1:2:4 mi and disposal material with all lead and lift including loading & unloading as desired by Engineer-in-Charge (HSR 8.6 (d) + 4.1 (a) + 5.2 (a).
Providing & laying 100 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Note: - 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.
Providing and laying primer coat over WBM surface with bitumen emulsion SS-I Grade using 6kg/10 sqm area. The construction operation shall conform to as per clause No. 502 of MORT&H specification-2013 Including cost of bitumen emulsion, complete in all respects. Instructions issued by MORT&H from time to time regarding bitumen emulsion will be followed strictly.
Providing and laying bitumenious tack coat of bitumen grade (VG-10) using 2.00 kg per 10 sqm area on existing bituminous surface complete in all respect including cost of bitumen VG-10 as per clause No. 503 of MOR&TH specification for road and bridge work(5th revision of 2013/latest edition, instruction issued from time to time regarding bitumen VG-10 will be followed strictly.
Providing and laying 30 mm compacted thickness of Bituminous Concrete (BC) in one layer with 80-100 THP Batch Type Hot Mix Plant with bituminous binder CRMB-55 @ 5.4% (minimum) and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory or with pneumatic tyred roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tyre pressure of at least 0.56 MPa and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause No. 507 of MORT&I-I specification (Vth revision)-2013 complete in all respect. If bitumen required is more than 5.4% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made., Extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. Note:-Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & Stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS-6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti-stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and noting extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-Charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. Thickness of BC laid over the existing Black 'top surface is to be adjusted in such a manner that a camber or 2.5% is achieved. Any extra quantity over and above the quantity provided in the DNIT, required to achieve 2.5% camber shall be incidental to work. Note: - Before laying BC on existing road surface, any existing pot holes and cracks over and above provided in item No. 2 shall be repaired and sealed in accordance with clause No. 3004.2 and 3004.3. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in M.B. but no payment on this account shall be made, these are incidental to work.
Providing and laying 150 mm thick Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub –Base Construction of dry lean Cement Concrete M-10 sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 the size if course aggregate not exceeding 25 mm aggregate cement ratio not to be exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than as 10 MPA at 7 days mixed in the batching plant transported to site laid with a paver compacting with 5-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition ) 2013. Note: - If cement contents are required more than 150 Kg. per cum to achieve strengthening it will be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.
Providing and laying 300mm cement concrete of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ minimum 400 Kg. per cum, coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision and cost of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, de-bonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, panel size 2.75 mtr. x 3.5 mtr., Dowel bars 400mm long 32mm dia MS bar. @300mm C/C, tie bars - 640mm deformed bars, 12mm dia @720mm C/C, provide 125 micron PVC sheet between DLC & PQC and MoRT&H specification No.602. 5th edition 2013 (NS) Note: - Minimum cement content for this item will be 400 kg. per cum of concrete as per approved job mix formula. If the cement content is more than 400 kg /cum, then the extra cement will be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.
Preparation of berms including filling of Earth work, excavation and cutting of earth in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305 and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work conforming to PWD specification No. 6.2 and 6.3 and 3.2 and the other specification 1990 Ist edition. Note:-No earth work will be allowed to be taken from PWD B&R/ ROW except NOTE:- If the agency does not fill/quote the rates of any item, then it will be considered as nil and the same item will be executed by the agency free of cost & it will be contingent to work. The agency have to give an undertaking on account of this, otherwise earnest money will be forfeited, in addition to this, he will be blacklisted.
