Providing/Fixing of 4 Nos. NRV of size 150mm a NRV and sluice valve 10 Nos at Vasant Kunj Sec A SPS by carrying out the following works Dismantling of old NRV by cutting of rusted nut bolt and taking out the old NRV after complete closing of suction and delivery line up to floor level.

Dismantling of old Sluice valve by cutting of rusted nut bolt and taking out the old sluice valve after complete closing of suction and delivery line up to floor level.

Supply of NRV 150mm dia cast iron double flanged single door swing check valve having body, door cover of graded in cast iron to IS:210, Gr.Fg.260, body and door rings of gun metal, hinge pin of stainless steel AISI:410. Flanges to be drilled as per IS: 1538 Part-IV &VI. Valves are suitable for hydrostatic test pressure of 10Kg./Cm2 for seat and 15Kg./Cm2 for body (PN-1 Rating) Make – Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved

Supply of sluice valve 150 mm cast iron double flanged manually operated sluice valve confirm to IS:14846 having body , door , dome , gland in graded cast iron to IS:210, Gr.Fg.260 four faces spindle nut of gun metal , inside screwed non rising stainless steel AISI:410 spindle. Flanges to be drilled as per IS: 1538 Part-IV &VI. Valves are suitable for hydrostatic test pressure of 10Kg./Cm2 for seat and 15Kg./Cm2 for body (PN-1 Rating) Make – Kirloskar/IVC/DJB Approved

Supply of Neoprene Sheet 3 mm thick

Supply of M. S. Nut bolts as per requirement of site

Fixing of 250mm dia NRV with the help of all labor like fitter, welder cutter, Helper, beldar, Electrician and supervisor etc. and material like welding machine, cutter set, oxygen cylinder, welding rods, and T&P etc. This work includes cutting, welding, grinding, & other miscellaneous work etc. as required for complete fitting of above said. It also includes transportation loading, unloading at site with the help of tools, tackles and heavy manual labour as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.
