Dismantling ,transporting to civil workshop centrifugal pump coupled with electric motor, Split opening of following capacities pumpset including cleaning with kerosene/petrol for removing dirt supply and replacement of small parts like impeller nut ,lock,washer, packing,gasket greasing oiling and reassembling, connecting in position testing, commissioning the pumpset complete all as directed.(Major Part will be Measured and paid in relevant Items of this schedule)

Taking down carefully electric motor 3-phase 415v,50Hz,AC from foundation/ coupling, transporting to civil workshop, opening the motor,Checking the insulation value of the windings, insulating the winding with same class of insulation varnish,Oiling Greassing of bearing and busing , painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per color code and back to site for re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge and all as specified for the following capacity. (Major Part will be Measured and paid in relevant Items of this schedule)

Taking out submersible vertical type pumps with motor of capacity 7.5 HP and repairs to both pump and electric motor by replacing damaged / worn out impeller, guide rings, water seal, presure plate, bushes etc complete and rewinding electric motor with existing gauge super enamelled copper wire after replacing, insulation packings etc complete, re-assembling and lowering back in well and making all electric connection complete all as specified.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 10000 Ltrs capacity (cylinderical vertical with closed top) min three layer with and including rotating (threaded) type tank cover including all connections for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes etc. hoisted and fixed in position on terrace of upto G+8 building including disconnecting and taking down existing tank all as specified in SSR Part - I complete all as specified.

M&L for repalcement of existing air release valve 15mm dia made out of brass suitable for pumpset all as specification & directed.

Taking down existing indication lamp from panel and S&F LED indicatiion lamp for R, Y & B phase all as specified & directed.

Supply and replacement of CI foot valve flanged type of 80 dia suction line by means disconnection by opening of nut bolts etc and taking out from under ground Sump including nut bolts etc

Supply and replacement of CI foot valve flanged type of 150 dia suction line by means disconnection by opening of nut bolts etc and taking out from under ground Sump including nut bolts etc

M&L for painting of centrifugal pump & motor after scraping of old paint :-

Supply and fix in repair Star Delta startar for 60 HP motor, 3 phase, 415 volts & 50 Hz all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Star Delta startar for 10 HP motor, 3 phase, 415 volts & 50 Hz all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair contactor 415 volts 80 amps for 60 HP motor.

Supply only starting relay for 60 HP motor.

S&F in repair Ammeter, square type,0-100 amps.

Ditto all as per item no 22.00 above but 0-60 amps.

S&Fin repair volt meter,square type ,0-500 volts. .

Supply & Fixing gland packing of size 10 mm to 16 mm.

Supply and fix water level indicator cum controller device for UG resevoir tank of 21 Mtr stagging showing 8 stage of water storage with necessary multi standard copper conductor cable alongwith water level sensor including removal of old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for attending the emergent repairs to leakage/ damage GI pipe of size 80 to 200 mm dia including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to Make- the system in order / functional and necessary excavation ,returning , filling of soils and removal of water by using pump, cutting out GI pipe at both ends and jointing with new fittings, accessories such as union, sockets, Tee, Tee reducer etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for taking/laying of CI/GI pipe and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25cm thick any type of soil after the pipe laid all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil outside MD land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply/ Fixing in repair/replacement of steel water tubing, galvanised, Medium grade with all fittings such as nipple, union, socket, elbow, bends,laid in trenches of size 80 mm bore

M&L Pit masonery for valves and meters constructed complete with MS sheet cover and locking arrangement including brick wall, plaster (internal /external ) in cement motor (1:4) two coats of white washing to exposed surface painting to MS sheet cover with enameled (black/green) paint over a coat of red oxide of 750 mm x 750 mm x 750 mm sizes

M&L for cutting existing bituminus road surface not more than 150mm thick removing the debris off the premises for laying of pipes/cable, making the disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) to match with the adjustant surface. Note :- Excavation and earth work beyond 150mm thick will be measured and paid under relevant items.

S&F in repairs mild steel chequered plate Fe-410-W (gde-E-250), 7mm thick square cut or notched , forming holes without any attachment as duct covering size and length as approved incl primer painting all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable brass float valve and S &F of float valve of size 50 mm with complete accessories complete all as specified and as directed please.

Taking down old unserviceable NRV and supply and fix NRV of size 150mm, hydro dynamically guided, closing non return valve with grey cast iron body,synthetic rubber coated reinforced ball,flanged type including 6mm thick rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed please.
