Special Conditions of contract-General- Chapter-II 3. SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS- Chapter-III 4.Letter No.2018/CE-I/CT/9, New Delhi, Dated 04.06.2018 for inclusion of 'Letter of Credit' as Mode of Payment in works Tenders or Service Tenders. 5.Format for Affidavit.
Opening of e-tender:1. The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS portal anytime after closing date and time of bidding. No representative is required to be present for opening of e- tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders through the website after the opening of the tender. 2. No tender box will be available as manual payments against this tender towards tender document cost and Earnest Money through Demand Draft, Banker's Cheque, Deposit Receipts, FDR etc are not allowed. Note: For more details refer to Cl: 4 & 23.2 of Instruction to Tenderers for E-tenders-General- Chapter-I for Submission of EMD, Cost of Tender Document and opening of e-tender.
In case of any wrong information submitted by tenderer, the contract shall be terminated, Earnest Money Deposit(EMD),Performance Guarantee (PG)and Security Deposit(SD)of contract forfeited and agency barred for doing business on entire Indian Railways for 5 (Five) years.
