Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface using 7Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM/ WMM Surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Well Gravel to the specified thick including cost and conveyance of Well gravel from approved quarry and stocking the same at road side to Departmental guage for premeasurement as directed by the Departmental Officers including labour charges for spreading in layers not exceeding 75 mm thick (or) as specified by the departmental officers, levelling, sectioning etc., and all other charges for tools and plants employed for the work and all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete as per standard specification. as per clause 301 & 305 of MORTH

Earth work excavation in all soils for foundation except hard rock requiring blasting with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and depositing earth on bank for refilling as directed by department offices etc., complete as per standard specification 23 &24 V, VI (S2) VI 9

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( one part of cement, Four part of sand, Eight part of aggregate ) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 28 V,VI S25

Steel shuttering with MS Sheets and MS angels including fixing in position with country wood scantlings for side walls including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification 86 K, 86 A

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement one and half part of fine aggregate and three part of course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal for all RCC items of works excluding centering and shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing the same and also fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works whereever necessary as directed by the departmental officer etc., complete

Supply and fabrication of steel and placing in position MS/Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specificationsas directed by the departmentsl officers

Provinding and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area,thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.

Clearing and Grubbing by Light Jungle removing and disposing of all materials such as bushes, shrubs, stumps, roots, grass, weeds, top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as rubbish including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MORTH Specification 111, 112, 201.
