Dismantling of old brick soling I/C staking of dismantled materials as directed by E.I/C.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plainincluding getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m, as directed by Engineer in charge.(S.I.no.2.8.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level.1:6:12.(S.I. no.273)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular)bricks of Class M-150 in 1:4 cement &coarse sand mortar In foundation & plinth (S.I. no.6.1.1)

12mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement & coarse sand mortar finishing with neat cement including all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.No.13.4.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level.finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement ,1.5 coarse sand & 3 Part , 20mm stone grit) as per S.I.no.5.1.2

TMT Fe 500 or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in all over rats) wrought to required shapes as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and wastage supply of steel its wastage.sl.no.5.22.6

Earth work cutting & filling in ordinary soil in imbankment ,watering of excavated earth into the trenches or space between the sides of foundation & building. MoRTH 301 (3.1)

Brick soling M-275 with remaning old and new brick after upgragadtion of subgrade, making proper camber etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I.No. 786
