Dismantling of existing VT pump 100 HP and motor sets and suction column pipe, impeller, blower assembly and shaft, discharge head, strainer with the help of chain pulley from Dharna pumping station transporing and depositing at AGE E/M store yard Devlali complete all as directed

Supply and Install VT pump 100 HP oil lubricated type with impeller, bowl assembly, shaft, discharge head, lubrication tank and strainer complete with following Specification Make: Jyoti, Kirloskar, Willo (a) Capacity (GPH)-42800 (b) Bowl Assembly. Head in Mtr-110 (c) Speed in RPM-1450 (d) Bowl-FG-260 (e) Bowl efficiency-81% (f) KW/HP-90/120 (g) Lubrication-oil type (h) Thrust bearing lubrication; grease, oil. (j) Bowl assembly ; non pullout. C1260 (012) or as suggested by OEM. (k) Installation ; below floor. (l) Operating temprature ; 80 degree C (m) Impeller ; Semi open type. BR LT B2 (110) or as suggested by OEM. (n) Impeller shaft ; SS410 (253) or as suggested by OEM. ( o) Transe shaft; SS410 (253) or as suggested by OEM. (p) Column pipe ; steel or as suggested by OEM. Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 32x 6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar,including funnel, wire mesh and 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix copper earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm for earthing from earth plate to equipment complete fixed on pocelain insulator every 1 meter interval all as specified and as directed.
