(i) 6 No. Ornamental Design FRP pillar FRP base pedestal with vertical fitted design having base width of size 260mm x 260mm and height 900mm having 4 no. of size 15mm drilled in the base with hold fasts and having B class vertical m.s pipe of size 89 mm and height 2890mm, the central m.s pipe having FRP capital suitably mounted at appropriate height complete as per design enclosed. Complete pillar suitably grinded spray primered and subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paints is required shade. (ii) 12 No. spndred and 6 no. Friezes Floral and Ornate decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between two m.s pillars as per the design copy enclosed. The spandrel (L-Bracker) having length 310mm and height 300mm the frieze (Top Panel) height 220mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze mounted on m.s tabular pipe frame of size 40mm x 25mm, frieze properly welded to the column pollars at either ends. Complete set of spandrel and frieze uniformly grinded spray primered, spray painted with two coats of enamel paint. (iii) 3 No. cast iron base panel railing with frame Floral and Ornate decorative design cast iron side railing panel as per design copy enclosed having height of 730mm and length as per size of Gazebo. Each panel top and bottom mounted with mild steel tubular pipe frame of size 40 x 25 mm. the bottom mild steel pipe having 3 nos. of hold fasts in m.s pipe of size 40 x 40mm and length 50mm welded at the base to hold the panel in the ground. The complete railing panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered and subsequently spray painted with two coats of enamel paint in required shade. (iv) One set of top frame with frp roof Top frame in m.s tubular pipe of size 40 x 40mm properly welded and grinded. The top frame mounted with FRP molded Sheet of 2 mm thick bent to profile on either ends with clear width installation of frp sheets fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars. Each sheet enamel painted in red color on both sides. Each such sheet properly riveted to horizontal sheets. The roof pipe frames properly primered and painted in red color.
