Annual Maintenance of Electrical Installations, Air Conditioners and Operation of Genset in Guest House Complex at Anarkali Basthi / Multipurpose Hall in ALHW, Port Blair for the period of one year (from 01.12.2023 to 30.11.2024).

Checking all the electrical installations provided in all the buildings located inside ALHW Guest house complex, area lights and landscape lights. Repairs and replacement of fused tubes, bulbs, switches and ceiling fans and accessories etc. checking all the connections in the water heaters, switchgears and pillar boxes and attending repairs to the internal wirings if necessary and any type of electrical nature of works, minor circuit wiring / cable laying works, as and when assigned by the Engineer in charge excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by the department on free of cost but including cost of all labour charges,GST and all taxes , minor tools etc complete.

Operation and maintenance of 125 KVA genset in 3 shifts in a day i.e starting of genset during power failure, attending preventive maintenance on regular basis, checking & filling of POL, cleaning of all filters, etc as and when assigned by the Engineer in Charge , but excluding cost of spares & POL required for running maintenance which will be supplied on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST etc complete.

SSM- Semi-Skilled Mazdoor 3 shift/day for 365 Days

Attending maintenance of Air conditioners (Spilt/ Window/Tower/Inverter types) unit of 1/1.5 /2.0 ton capacity by carrying out servicing of Indoor / Outdoor units of Air Conditioner unit ie water wash/chemical wash, removal of dust in evaporator/ condensor fins cleaning /washing of air filters, checking of joints, weather coverings on liquid and gas line,safety valve, drain pipe flowetc, attending repairs and replacement of AC spares such as Compressor, Condensor, capacitor, Swing Blades, Swing Motor, Blower fan, blower fan motor, Indoor/Outdoor fan blade, motor, fan bush, display unit, drain water unit, Air Filters, gas/liquid valves, copper pipes, copper coils, insulation, contactor, relay, PCB kit, etc other maintenance nature works, testing & commissioning, fixing of new Air Conditioner units and allied works, by engaging the following workmen who are capable of doing the above works, as and when assigned by the Engineer in charge , excluding cost of materials which will be supplied by the department on free of cost, but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, labour welfare cess and GST, etc complete.

a) Skilled Mazdoor (AC Technician ) 1 No./Day

Checking of Air Conditioner with pressure meter for the refrigent availability, top up/recharge of full quantity of gas required with R22/R-32/R-410 gas or any other gas, vaccumizing, pressure testing including cost of all materials and GST etc complete. (For 1/1.5/2.0 Ton capacity AC)
