M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 605X605 mm size of grid GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended form soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2 m length ) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre Including providing and fixing Gypsum Board 4mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick/concrete tiles of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light shade (as approved) coloured tiles 10mm thick (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F precast hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC of approved make in screed bed and pointing on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof :- (a) Cleaning palstered roof surfaces and applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3Kg /Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance 3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 12 mm thick toughened glass as in door including fitting the rubber packing aluminium snap beading complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of rolling shutter incl oiling, greasing and easing with all replacement of necessary fittings for smooth functioning of rolling shutter and with one coat of synthetic enameled paint to steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters 1.25mm thick without ball bearing as specified inlcuding top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type including taking down old unserviceable shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gear operated type, steel roling shutters of 1.25 mm thick laths, including top cover, anchoring rod, and one shop coat of primer with bevel gear box and crank handle erected in position as indicated, including taking down rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs safety lever lock mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs ball bearing for rolling shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of steel surface already treated with primer over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
