Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including taking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down and washing with water and disposing off the rubbish materials in low lying areas of defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick, first coat of 10mm in CM (1:6) and second coat of 5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with in liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as speciifed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid saperately under respective item of work.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali-resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cement mortar screed bed from roof (not exceeding 20mm thick) along with APP membrane and removing debris/ rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturing instructions and surface finished even fair without using extra cement to receive APP membrane complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing liquid compound will be measured and paid separately under respective item of work.

Supply only liquid water proofing chemical.

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including supply and laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt,not less than 150gms/sq. m) laid on primed surface by tension application method and finishing the top surface by applying one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.2kg/sqm on each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres & not exceeding 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm GI tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm GI tubing and connection, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, flushing pipe to squatting pan, anti-syphonage pipe, etc., and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) floor trap., plain with grating including dismantling old trap and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) 110mm dia, 'P' or 'S' trap including connecting to outlet with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in new or old position on walls, ceiling, floors etc all as specified and directed at site for following sizes :- Note:- Serviceable steel pipes taken under item-9 & 10 shall be used.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
