Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting ,any gauge ,thickness incl Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Map as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete Removal of existing water proofing treatment any description up to concrete surface of roof slab including cleaning, with wire brushing, watering, removal of debris upto 1500 m distance , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in roof or chajja padding of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. meter, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured separately

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on roof top surface including WPC by weight of 3% of total cement content, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated 4 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane. Provide over the membrane finishing with two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/sqm as prescribed by manufacturer of membrane including Ten years guarantee on prescribed form complete all as per particular specification , manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each but with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkhats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mmx 47mm made out of 5mm wood grains printed PVC sheet reinforced with ms square tube and edges painted to match with printed sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (styled) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ,C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck in side with solvent cement for styles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet bedding and jointed together with solvent cement supplying and fixing in the frame at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Clerestory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Material and Labour for Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour 4 mm thick plain glass sheets ordinary quality in any size, each pane fixed with rubber beading or oil putty for windows/doors/partition etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white color board for aluminium partition and doors fixed with snap beading of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel screws etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with in equal proportions & pigments with red and yellow colour over including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; ® 13122C Providing and, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs 14 mm thick false ceiling tiles at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate reinforced with fibre and natural filler false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 90%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991,in true horizontal level on the existing frame work consisting of T-sections and L sections suitably fixed according to tile size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying matt finished vitrified tiles of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Thereafter wash the surface with clean water & allow to dry. Cut the crack portion "V" shape and Fill visible cracks/joints by Chemistic crackseal caulking compound & allow to dry for 24 Hours. Apply a primer coat of Chemistic Prime N Seal (water base primer) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of Chemistik PDS-50(WB high Build Anti Carbonation Coating cum waterproofing) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade. Rate quoted shall include for scaffolding to any height , covering etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and Labour for Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or description ) from wooden or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
