Providing and laying RBM incl. watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200mm thick with 8 to 10 tonnes road roller free of organic material mixed with course aggregate size 75mm incl. carriage from source of supply to site of work incl. leads and lifts complete.

Providing and laying WBM Grade-II with specified stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm of size incl. stone screening 13.20mm nominal size and binding material complete incl.sorting, spreading to tamplate and consolidation with power road roller 8 to 10 tonnes capacity etc.

PProviding and laying WBM Grade-III with specified stone aggregate 53mm to 22.4mm of size incl. stone screening 11.20mm nominal size and binding material complete incl.sorting, spreading to tamplate and consolidation with power road roller 8 to 10 tonnes capacity etc.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade – VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications:-

On WBM surface

On bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/sqm.

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 size respectively, per 100 sqm and 52kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). : With paving Asphalt grade VG-10 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

SEAL COAT Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement :1½ coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

Carriage of Material by Mechanical Transport incl. loading/unloading and staking at site complete
