Note :- (i) Work to be carried out on GL to 8th floor (incluing terrace of building) from ground level. (ii) Rate for Scaffolding and Safety System for labour are included in quoted raes by Contractor. (iii) Safety Net and Water Proofing covering materials shall be arrange by Contractor while working at Site and it will be deem fit in quoted rats by Contractor. Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area of opening exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall & ceiling boards (fibre, insulation etc.) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 605mm x 605mm GI frame work for seamless celling snap grid frame work for false ceilling with all necessary angle & Tee arrangement with and incl fixing cleats screw etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of celling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F False celling 8mm thick (Non asbestos fibre cement building board) fixed in celling flat or sloping inserted in GI/aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed. (Make-Armstrong,saint Gobain)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified as directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of alkaline resistent primer surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed Steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including filling of pressed steel frame, holdfast with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate stone aggregate) necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike, plate etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F for Steel door including projecion type hinges, steel handle, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, ctane gantries, rails & fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screwscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with gray cement no pigment conformed to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushion filling for floor, foundation etc including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregete as in sides of rounded or chamfered on edges of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stones or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 100mm thick type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded agregade) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) finishing smooth & even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic base exterior grade (100% Acrylic) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with ISI marked 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade FRLS type drawn through and incl stove enamelled steel conduit of 25mm dia with all accessories incl PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor and shall be connected to common earth dolly complete from MCB DB all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No 1 above but with 2.5 sqmm controlled by flame proof switch socket and plug 16 amps.

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 30 W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning fire extinguisher dry chemical powder (ABC) type 6 Kg capacity ( IS 15683) with stand complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours, tools and plants scalfolding and working upto 25 mtrs height from ground level, (b)Adoptation of necessary safety arrangements like safety belts ropes, hel,ets, safety net, etc. which are required for safety of working at feight 25 mtrs ans all rates shall be mandatary and deemed to be inclusive on quoted rates.
