Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. complete.

Picking the existing black top/ WBM surface to 50mm depth including labour, hire charges d plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MOST specification.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A

Providing and Laying Gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 250 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 7kg/10sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 2.50kg/10sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with prime & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30kgs of VG30 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Wearing Coat for Causeway @ 840 - 890m

Construction of un-reinforeced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2. M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregaes conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, lain in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 25 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork a sper drawing), spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including including provsion of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construciton joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical Specification Clause 1501.
