REPLACEMENT OF ASH DISPOSAL PIPE LINE NO. 1,2,3 and 4 INSIDE ALUMINA REFINERY PLANT, DAMANJODI

Amount

1. Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 2 KM lead.

2. Removal of scrap/ discarded steel/discarded structural steel, including loading & unloading, transporting by trucks/tractors to scrap yard up to a distance of 2 K.M., all copmlete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

3. Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift upto 1.5 m in all type of soil.

4.0 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded 20 mm and down stone aggreagates) ,at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

5. Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete with RCC grage 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement: 1 1/2 sand: 3 stone aggregate) work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers,shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five level (a hight of 20 metres from ground level), including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

6. Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

7. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, rafts of columns,plinth beam up to plinth level as directed by Engineer-in Charge.Work in foundation and footing upto plinth level in all shape and sizes.Work below ground level and up to plinth level , in all shapes and sizes.

8. Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and hannels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead, including necessary scaffolding up to all height, all labour, tool,tackles & materials.

9. Transporting, fabricating, and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grills, doors, shutters , windows, ventilators , pipe supports, insert plates and similar works, including necessary scaffolding up to all level for the work, including all materials and labours all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( Required Structural steel will be issued free of cost by NALCO ).

10. Supply and application of two or more coats over structural steel to provide an uniformly even surface of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on all kinds of structural works including necessary scaffolding up to all level for the work & cleaning of old surface etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles, consumables etc. all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights.

11. Supply and application of two or more coats over structural steel to provide an uniformly even surface of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on all kinds of structural works including necessary scaffolding up to all level for the work & cleaning of old surface etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles, consumables etc. all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights.

12. Lettering with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture. (Payment will be done as per letter/ per centimetre height)

13. Replacing the rubber gasket AND/OR the sleeve coupling of Ash Disposal pipe line including removal of the sleeve coupling and refixing of the same at its original location along with new / serviceable rubber gaskets at all / any height including all tools , tackles , labours equipments and consumables required for due completion of work as per instruction Engineer-In-Charge(REQUIRED RUBBER GASKET AND SLEEVE COUPLING SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)

14.1 Dismantling of 300mm Dia pipeline of following diameters at any location / elevation in Ash Disposal pipe line/ Ash reclaim pipe line / Water supply/Fire mains with all labours, tools, tackles, consumables including cutting by gas or any other means, lowering down the pipes from racks if required & supervision etc., including necessary scaffolding if required up to all level if required, stacking of pipes within a lead of 50m., all complete and as per instruction Engineer-In-Charge.(Necessaary earthwork , dismantling and fitting of specials will be paid in respective items)

14.2 Dismantling of 250mm Dia pipeline of following diameters at any location / elevation in Ash Disposal pipe line/ Ash reclaim pipe line / Water supply/Fire mains with all labours, tools, tackles, consumables including cutting by gas or any other means, lowering down the pipes from racks if required & supervision etc., including necessary scaffolding if required up to all level if required, stacking of pipes within a lead of 50m., all complete and as per instruction Engineer-In-Charge.(Necessaary earthwork , dismantling and fitting of specials will be paid in respective items) 250mm Dia Pipe

15.1 Transportion,Fabrication, Erection of the MS / CS /ERW pipeline of 300mm Dia following diameters at any / all location / elevation at piperack or pipe sleepers with all labours, tools, tackles,materials,red oxide primer, necessary scaffoldings for work up to all level, including pipe specials etc wherever required. cutting & welding of pipes consumables, painting the outer surtace of the pipe with red oxide uniformly, plant & equipments and supervisions etc. all complete as per the the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Necessaary earthwork & dismantling will be paid in respective items, Specials will be paid seperately, ONLY REQURIED PIPES SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

15.2 Transportion,Fabrication, Erection of the MS / CS /ERW pipeline of 250mm Dia following diameters at any / all location / elevation at piperack or pipe sleepers with all labours, tools, tackles,materials,red oxide primer, necessary scaffoldings for work up to all level, including pipe specials etc wherever required. cutting & welding of pipes consumables, painting the outer surtace of the pipe with red oxide uniformly, plant & equipments and supervisions etc. all complete as per the the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Necessaary earthwork & dismantling will be paid in respective items, Specials will be paid seperately, ONLY REQURIED PIPES SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE )

16. 1 Removal of valves of size 300mm Dia from required location and fixing of New valves or spools of all types following diameters from existing positions at all locations / elevations in pipe rack / pipe sleepers including all labours ,tools tackles,including cutting of bolts if required, lowering down from racks, consumables , plant & equipments etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( The valve will be issued free of cost from central store or repaired valve will be given from MRS) ( Necessary Earthwork & Dismantling will be paid in respective items)

16. 2 Removal of valves of size 250mm Dia from required location and fixing of New valves or spools of all types following diameters from existing positions at all locations / elevations in pipe rack / pipe sleepers including all labours ,tools tackles,including cutting of bolts if required, lowering down from racks, consumables , plant & equipments etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. ( The valve will be issued free of cost from central store or repaired valve will be given from MRS) ( Necessary Earthwork & Dismantling will be paid in respective items)

17. Fabrication and erection of mitre bends of required degree, tees, spool,reducers of all angles of following diameter as per specifications including supply of all consumables, labours, equipments, tools, tackles etc. all complete at all height with necessary scaffoldings as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. (REQUIRED PIPE SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE) - . 17.1 Metrebend ( 3 Jts )- 250mm Pipe Dia

17. Fabrication and erection of mitre bends of required degree, tees, spool,reducers of all angles of following diameter as per specifications including supply of all consumables, labours, equipments, tools, tackles etc. all complete at all height with necessary scaffoldings as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge. (REQUIRED PIPE SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST FROM NALCO'S STORE)17.2 Metrebend ( 3 Jts )- 300mm Pipe Dia

18. DISMANTLING OF PIPING SPECIALS: LIKE (BENDS, TEES, REDUCERS, SPOOL PIECES) By cutting/ debolting inclusive of industrial gas, welding electrodes, manpower at all levels and locations etc. Contractor has to arrange scaffoldings/ jhula up to all level for the work, including all labours,tools, tackles and materials.Dismantalled materials are to be stored in a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge or to be returned to NALCO's store. 18.1 250mm Dia

18. DISMANTLING OF PIPING SPECIALS: LIKE (BENDS, TEES, REDUCERS, SPOOL PIECES) By cutting/ debolting inclusive of industrial gas, welding electrodes, manpower at all levels and locations etc. Contractor has to arrange scaffoldings/ jhula up to all level for the work, including all labours,tools, tackles and materials.Dismantalled materials are to be stored in a place as directed by Engineer-in-charge or to be returned to NALCO's store. 18.2 300mm dia.

19. Collection , transportation, and ERECTION OF PIPING SPECIALS: LIKE (BENDS, TEES, REDUCERS, SPOOL PIECES) By by bolting/ welding inclusive of industrial gas, welding electrodes, manpower at all levels and locations etc. Contractor has to arrange scaffoldings/ jhula up to all level for the work, including collection of valves from store/available at site,commissioning of valves, all labours, tools, tackles and materials.( Piping specials to be supplied by NALCO at it's store point). 19.1 250mm Dia

19.
