M&L for disconnecting the HT 33 KV out door VCB unit capacity ranging from 800 Amp -1600 Amp, overhauling of complete unit, opening the total machanical and electrical mechanism of breaker, checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully, minor repairs shall be rectified, parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive shall be cleaned, and all other spare parts including rewiring connecting all control / communication wires coming from 33 KV transformer and VCBs, 33 KV current transformer, voltage transformer (CT & PT) including necessary modification in wiring for latest installed relays all as directed and reassembled after repair/replacement of the defective parts complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician of the concerned OEM. (ii) Spare parts as required for replacement of existing worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Labour for replacement/fixing of the supply only items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (iv) After repairing contractor will test the complete mechanism and trip relay by applying artificial load for overcurrent and earth fault.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on HT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, stretching properly and connecting with suitable PG clamps, etc including dismantling and taking down old existing unserviceable aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type/capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Contractor shall make arrangement to protect tiles, plumbing items, sanitary fittings, etc under the slab, etc by gunny bags with sand or any other suitable arrangement and quoted rates shall deemed to include this aspect.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
