Repairs to 250 KVA Electrical Transformer, along with other allied works of Lift Irrigation Station Upper Malpur-II

Repair to 250 KVA electric transformer installed at LIS Upper Malpu-II by way of disconnecting of HT and LT line connections from transformer. Extraction of Transformer using tools tackles, maual labour and Crane and then loading the transformer in Vehicle using the crane for further transportation to the workshop for repairs. Removing the top cover after unscrewing all the nuts and bolts along with dismantling of HT & LT bushes. Taking out the coil assembly using chain pulley and other allied tools and tackles. Extraction of damaged HT coils from the coil assembly at workshop. Draining out of transformer oil. Dismantling of coils at workshop and providing and rewinding of new HT coils for all the three legs and LV coil for 1 No. leg with the Aluminum wire of requisite specifications as per original design and varnishing complete. Drying the coils by keeping in oven. Desludging of complete T-oil by using suitable heat treatment and filtration methods and cleaning tank of dust, oily substances and then welding at the damaged surface to plug the leakage of T oil, cleaning the core assembly with kerosene oil and then after drying lowering it in the transformer tank, P/F of 3 No HT Bush rod assembly and 4 No. LT bust rod assembly with insulators and rubber sheets using skilled labour. Fitting of the newly rewound coils to the legs of the coil assembly and fitting of the core and making connections of the coil assembly. Lowering of the coil assembly in the container after making proper connections. Filling of filtered transformer oil and topping up of new transformer oil 80 litres approximately. Complete assembling of transformer. P/F thimbles of required size/rating along with proper insulation. Checking for continuity. Back carriage of the Transformer from workshop to LIS upper Malpur-II using mechanical transportation and then extraction anf fixing of transformer on dual pole arrangement using crane and manual labour. Making HT and LT connections at site using skilled labour and then testing and commissioning at site. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation charges, carriage, transportation charges, hire charges of crane, shifting, testing and commissioning on full load at LIS.

P/F of 120 sq mm single core PVC sheathed Al cable of 120m length for 2 No. 100 HP motors installed at LIS Upper Malpur-II. The job involves fitting of Al cables from LT Panels to Starters of both the units, fitting the Al cables cut into 3 equal legths as per requirement from ATS of unit-I to the motor of unit I and Fititng of 6 no. pieces of single core Al cable cut into equal lengths as per site requirement from Rotary resistance starter with rotor wound 100HP motor of unit -II. with proper thumbing at the ends. The job also involve P/F of 1 No. 200 amp MCCB after extraction of old damaged MCCB from LT panel. The job involves cost of materials, skilled labour and testing commissioning at site.
