Taking down carefully copper /aluminium, point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as light fittings, switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, ceiling, floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed (FRLS) cable with multi stranded copper conductor wiring in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) 20mm dia and over, wall thickness not less than 2.00 mm thick , and all accessories for one light / fan / bell/ exhast fan controlled by one switch with MS boxes of suitable for modular switch/socktes combination, including modular cover plate of suitable size,including blank plate(if required) for concealed on walls,switches, socket outlet, regulator etc along with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS 1.5 Sqmm multistrand copper conductor earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 02 above but for one light point controle by 2 Nos.of two way switch, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.

Description all as per item above No 2 but one 3/5 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on independent board .

Description all as per item No 2 above but one 3/5 pin 5 Amp socket outlet on the same board with other switch.

Point wiring for one light point controlled by one one way switch 5 Amp with 1.5 Sqmm single core multi standed copper conductor FRLS insulated and unsheathed heavy duty cable in colour code including contineous earth wire with cable of size 1.5 sqmm copper conductor flexible FRLS insulated drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid conduit of not less than 20mm dia , ISI marked terminated into annealed steel terminal boxes including 3 mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 14 above but for one light point controle by 2 Nos. of two way switcheson independent Board with 1.5 sqmm size of copper cable.

Sub main wiring with two runs of 10 Sqmm ( 2x10 sqmm ) 1100 volts grade single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694 drawn through existing (surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit) of walls /roofs / ceiling etc with one run of 10 Sqmm (1x10 sqmm ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 2 runs of 10 Sqmm (2x10sqmm ) ,one run of 10 Sqmm (1x10 sqmm ) cable and one metre of conduit will be measured as one unit.

Sub main wiring with two runs of 6 Sqmm ( 2x6 sqmm ) 1100 volts grade single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694 drawn through existing (surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit) of walls /roofs / ceiling etc with one run of 6 Sqmm (1x6 sqmm ) single core FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 2 runs of 6 Sqmm (2x6sqmm ) ,one run of 6 Sqmm (1x6 sqmm ) cable and one metre of conduit will be measured as one unit.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used SPN 12 way with IP-43, IK-09 protection 240V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type including cutting chases in walls for fixing DBs making good the distubed surfaces to match with existing specifications ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.Make- Havells cat pat No- DHDNSHODDW12/legrand/ABB or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in PS.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used SPN 8 way with IP-43, IK-09 protection 240V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type including cutting chases in walls for fixing DBs making good the distubed surfaces to match with existing specifications ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells cat pat No- DHDNSHODDW08/legrand/ABB or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in PS.

Sheet metal enclosures for distribution board when MCB to be used TPN 4 way 415V with 200 Amps rated bus bar, double door type with IP-43, IK-49 protection with appropraite size bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including cutting chases in walls for fixing DB and making good disturbed wall surfaces to match the existing specifiactions ,fixing in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps,240 Volts, rupturing capacity 10 KA 'B' Series including providing aluminuium thimbles for outgoing cable in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The exact capacity of MCB shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MCB SPN, 35 to 63 Amps,240 Volts, rupturing capacity 10 KA 'B' Series including providing aluminuium thimbles for outgoing cable in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The exact capacity of MCB shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

MCB TPN, 63 Amps, 240 Volts, rupturing capacity 10 KA "B" Series including providing aluminuium thimbles for outgoing cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to and including 4 mm dia galvanised steel earth lead wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised standard iron or steel all as specified or indicated in electrical plate no 3 of MES Part-I, including testing on completion including the material and labour of the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1. (c) Precast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than 1.87 Kg/Sqm. (e) 15 mm nominal bore light grade GI protection pipe 5 mtr long for protection of earthing lead from mechanical injury or tempering.

Srl item No 41 (Contd...) (f) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (g) Testing of earthing. Note : (a) On testing after completion of earthing, if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

LED street light fitting, 30 watt , IP66 and connecting up with flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size and street light bracket made of GI pipe 40mm bore, light grade , 1.5m long bent to shape incl fixing arrangement in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells cat Pt No ENDURACITYLITEPLAT PLUSSL30WLED757SASYBOPC, or equivalent in performance of makes as specified in particular specifications.

XLPE insulated sheathed armored heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade cable with aluminum conductors laid in trenches/pipe, fixed to poles, walls of size 16 sqmm 4 core including taking up/down old unserviceable cables. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, for laying cables/pipes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI tubing light grade 32mm bore along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
