Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire

4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying of LED light fittings with LED in surface / recess mounting etc. as given below-

36/40 watt LED ceiling panel light 600mmX600mm (2X2) (Philips /Havells/Surya/Wipro) or equivalent

12/14 watt LED COB eye boll fitting (Philips /Havells/Surya/Wipro) or equivalent

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

4 way(4+12), double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc.,directly on ceilling/wall including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supply Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 15 kVA 3 phase 4 wire Input & 3 phase 4 wire Output Servo stabilizer Input voltage Range 300-480, air cooled with High & Low voltage cut off , under & over load protection, manual bypass switch etc. as required.

Supplying of energy efficient star rating ceiling fan having double ball bearings and other standard accessories as required of following sweep, suitable for operation on 230 volts, single phase, 50Hz, AC supply including suitable size powder coated down rod as required

Supply & Installation of chemical Earthing electrode 80mmx3000mm along with back fill compound and masonry chamber, watering funnel etc. as required

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 amps modular socket outlet and 15/16 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required

Cat (B) - Buy Back Items

Buy back of replaced old existing ceiling fans of various sweep sizes (1200mm & 1400mm) installed in Renovation premises. All the ceiling fans are in working condition of different manufactures. A detail list need to be prepared and same should be submitted by the firm to issue gate pass to take the materials outside the Institute. Format will be given by concerned Engineer In charge towards issue of gate pass. Nothing will be paid extra on any account. The firm may physically inspect and check all the buy back materials before quoting the price. Buy Back is mandatory.
