TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS FOR OFFICERS MD ACCN AND OTM ACCN AT NSWTTC, INPT, MT POOL AND OTHERS AT INS MANDOVI UNDER GE (P) NAVY MANDOVI

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms & conditions contained in or referred to in the Schedule 'A', Schedule 'B', MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2009 (Part-I)-Specifications & MES Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR)-2020 (Part-II)-Rates, General Conditions of Contracts IAFW-2249, 1989 Print and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule for the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule at the percentage quoted. Applicability of the SSR shall be as under :- (a) MES SSR Part - I, 2009 (Specifications) together with amendment No.1 to 3 (b) MES SSR Part - II, 2020 (Rates) together with amendment No.1 to 122. Notes:- (i) Estimated rates inserted in Col (5) is base figure only to arrive at the quoted % above or below the SSR-2020 (Part -II). (ii) Bidder can select Excess(+) or Less (-) option by selecting Column 4 (iii) CA Amount shall be limited to Rs. 45.00 lakh. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR 2020 and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
