Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces of ceiling,chajja, facia etc with cement mortar 1:3 and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to new plastered of wall (including chajja, facia & ceiling surface) including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new plastered surfaces.

Material and labour for complete removal of paint from existing surfaces and applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to old plastered or unplastered sufaces of wall (including chajja, facia) including preparation of surface of upto 4th floors including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of paint from existing surfaces and applying two coat of 100% acrylic exterior emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of primer to old plastered or unplastered sufaces of wall (including chajja, facia) including preparation of surface from 5th to 8th floor including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of paint from existing surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern (Three colour as approve by GE) over and including a coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer on old steel or new sufaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface of any height including all necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of paint from exixting surfaces applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint first quality in Red & White colour chequered pattern as approved by GE including preparation of old concrete/plastered wall surface including brooming down of steel wire brushing, scrifying down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and as directed.
