Replacement of Sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to be used, single pole and neutral, 4 way, double door, 240 volts with 200 Amp rated bus bar completed all as specified.

MCB SPN 32 Amp, 240 Volts, B Curve , 10 KA all as specified.

MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp, 240 Volts, B Curve , 10 KA all as specified.

Sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade with copper stranded RLS conductor of size 6 Sqmm (2 single run) with one continuous FRLS copper earthing lead wire of size 6 Sqmm and drawn into PVC conduit/ casing & capping with all fittings/ accessories, junction boxes 1 to 4 way 20mm dia, cutting chases, making good in cement mortar (1:3), finishing surfaces to match with existing and connected to common earth dolly including taking down old unservicable submain wiring, complete and as directed. Note :- Two run (each run of 1 RM) of 6 sqmm copper conductor and one RM of earth wire of 6 Sqmm, shall be measured as one RM).

Meter box consisting space to fix MCCB as incomer and 04 Nos meter and providing 05 Nos MCB SPN 40 Amps 100mA, METER box double door fixed type wall mounted CRCA approved FACTORY MADE, 2 mm thick sheet enclosure outdoor type. The rates including taking down old DB and connecting in new panel with required wires with out any extra cost complete all as specified and directed. The panel should consists of the following :- INCOMING :- (1) MCCB 63 AMP 4 P 16 kA thermal magnetic based with o/c, s/c protection & ROH-01 No (2) Indicating lamps RYB -03 Nos OUTGOING :- (1) 40 Amp MCB SPN 100mA with enclosure -04 Nos (2) Space for refixing existing electrical meter -04 Nos. The internal wiring of panel should be of 6 sqmm from busbar to electric meter and electric meter to RCBO including a suitable size of thimbles NOTE :- (i) Contractor should visit the site and to prepare panel as per size required to fit below staircase of the bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The rate also includes for taking down existing meter and refixing the same in Meter Panel

Supply and installing of Electric Water storage heater of ABS body type 25 Litre Capacity with rated power 2 KW, 5 star rated, vertical type, thermally insulated Mild steel tank with, glass line coating inside he tank alongwith glass line incoloy heating element with anti corrosive magnesium anode, NRV, theremostate, indicators and temperature adjustable knob including steel braided flxible connection for pipe of size 15mm dia bore GI hexagonal adopeters./ Nuts on both sides of inlet (Cold water supply) & outlet (hot water supply) and including provision of wall mouting arrangement and mounting on wall with suitable size of anchor bolts with complete connection of water including testing after installation complete all as specified and as dierected by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Old geyser shall be deposited in MES store yard.

Ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor(BLDC) , complete all as specified.

Exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 300mm, includin gtaking down old fan, complete all as specified. Note : Old exhaust fan shall be deposited in MES store yard.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for fixed on both end of wall for fixing of fan hook including cutting on wall and making good the surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminum strip 25x3.15mm fixed with porcelain/PVC saddles and fixing screws etc including PVC gutties in each one metre length , for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, fixed in reapir , complete all as specified.

Air termination single pointed aluminum rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, complete all as specified.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexognal .head screw all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Supply and installation street light timer panel 3 phase maximum load capacity 6 KW capacity, cotact ratin 32 Amps, TP, MCB rating 40 Amps TPN with 24 hours working digital timer switch outdor type panel with all incoming and outgoing cable connection and complete testing all as specified and directed Engineer in charge.
