Supply of 20mtr. High mast in one section Construction S355 grade per BS-EN 10 025 Top Dia 150mm, bottom dia 410mm, plate thickness 3mm, 20 side polygon, galvanised as per BS EN ISO 1461, base plate dia 570mm, base plate thickness 25mm, GI single spike lightning protection, maximum wind speed 47m/s as per IS: 875 (Part III) with 8 nos foundation bolts of PCD 490mm TS 600/ 24mm dia/850 mm long. Luminaries carriage : Material for 50 NB ERW Class B - M.S. Pipe, dia of carriage ring 535mm (ID) with 6 arm, welded, 2 sections having carrying capacity upto 12 luminaries. PVC flexible copper conductor Winch/PowerTool : Double drum, SWL 750kg with 1hp 6 pole sinlge speed integral motor Rope : Grade AISI 316, 7/19 construction, dia 5mm, BLC 2350 x 2 having 2 nos of continues rope. For 20mtr. High mast : ITC of the high mast and light fixture with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring material like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor lugs, MCB and all labour & construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/ mtrs sq. for 20 M high mast. Outdoor stand mounted Feeder Panel with 32amp TP&N, MCB incomer, 45 amp TP contactor automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control incommer outgoing terminal etc as reqd. (Basic Rate Rs.19500+overhead and profit =Rs.22415.25)

Luminarie shall be confirm to IS: 10322 part-5/section-5 and shall be complete with all necessary accessories as required 240W LED Flood Light

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 mtr long 40mm dia including accessories ,and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal and salt as required.

Supply and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including solding etc. as required.
