S&F of PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal running outlet suitable for 180 mm eaves gutter top portion half round and bottom portion to fit to 110 mm bore PVC pipe all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F PVC decoratie board for Fascial/Eaves board size 23cm height, 1.2mm thick and 3.00 mtr long each piece is used for a good look under roof sheet/roof shingles including taking down exist U/S PVC board all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specifie complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement all per manufacturer's instructions land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - WPC will be measured and paid seperetaly).

M&L for Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration on newly plastered / previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior aerylic emulsion paint over one coat of priming coat of alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L scrapping of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior aerylic emulsion paint over one coat of priming coat of alkali-resistant priming paint after prepration of wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration on old surface on wall and applying one coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius bore in 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for unframed work dismantling boarding,any description, fixed in any postion with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on cocrete sufaces as in ceiling/chajja and rdeeinforced in CM (1:3) finished fair and even including taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. including removing rubbish out side Md land complete all as specified and directed.

Use and Waste of formwork to Chajjas, chullah hoods, troughs and similar items including edges rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm diacast iron work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down , chipping and removing the loose spailt , damaged cement concrete , cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns , beams , walls , chajjas etc and exposing the reinforced cement concrete , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar , applying rust remover over the cleaned re - bar surface , wash with clean water for removing all rusts from the old reinforcement bar surfaces , fixing new reinforcement , cut to lenghts , bend to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm in dia for stregthen the members as required , applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces , saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of water , Nitbond SBR ( Latex ) and cement in ratio ( 1 : 1 : 3 ) slurry as bond coat after that applying ready mix epoxy repair mortar , 40 mm average thick in any number of coats , to provide at least 30mm thick cover to reinforcement , finished the surfaces even and fair includ ing erecting and dismantling scafolding for carrying out the work complete all as specified and as directed . Make of Epoxy Ready made Mortar and Epoxy chemicals -Fosrock / Dr Fixit / Sunanda . Note:- (i) New reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately (ii) Cost of fixing of new reinforcement by welding / binding with old reinforcement and providing , errecting and dismantling scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted ratres

S&F Welded steel wire fabric cut to length. Fixed to steel members /reinforcement steel, weigh per Sqm n exc 4 Kg.
