Original Proforma Invoice of Principals (OEM) shall be furnished by the authorised agents alongwith the Offer in case they are quoting on behalf of their Principals (OEM).

Packing: Sea/Air worthy packing condition in manufacturers original packing with manufacturers tamper proof seal and compliance of the packing condition as laid down in IRS Conditions of Contract Para-1800.
If the OEM does not want to deal directly and chooses to oppoint distributor/agent to deal on their behalf, the involvement of further sub dealers/sub-agents should be avoided. OEMs are also informed that they stand for the guarantee/warranty of the genuine and original material being supplied by their agent/distributor.
Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
