All inclusive Comprehensive maintenance of following items as per inventory at per Annexure B given in relevant sections up to the required standards etc as per specification The items are 1 Ductable AC Units 2 Tower split AC Units 3 Split AC Units Items are as per schedule of work item 2

Replacement of damaged and worn out control and power wiring of star delta starter panel for one motor in existing AHUs electrical panel with new PVC insulated copper conductor wires of suitable size including providing and fixing of thimbles ferrules and new insulated fiber sheet for proper insulation removing of existing contactors cleaning and re fixing the same in position after proper checking and tightening of all connections complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 3

Dismantling and replacement of existing faulty 2 Amp DP MCBs in existing star delta starter panels of chilled water pumps on both primary and secondary sides i c testing etc complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 4

Dismantling and replacement of existing faulty MPCB MS 116 in existing star delta starter panels of chilled water pumps on both primary and secondary sides i c testing etc complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 5

Replacement of burnt broken and rusted terminal block 63 Amp rating along with 2 Nos lugs in the existing electrical panel of AHU s chilled water pump s etc complete as required Items are as per schedule of work item 6

Dismantling and replacement of following sizes of existing worn out faulty pipe at different floors levels i c Supplying laying fixing testing and commissioning of nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building with necessary clamps vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves strainers gauges etc duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg cu m density thermal conductivity 0 037 W MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class O insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc as per specifications and as required complete in all respect Note The Pipes of sizes 150mm and below shall be M S C class as per IS 1239 and pipes size above 150mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS 3589 from minimum 6 35mm thick M S Sheet for pipes upto 350 mm dia and from minimum 7mm thick MS sheet for pipes of 400 mm dia and above a 200mm dia 32 mm thick insulation Items are as per schedule of work item 7 a
