Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S.tube of size 25x20 mm and 1mm (+- 0.1mm) wall thickness . The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100 x 30 mm and 2 mm (+-0.2 mm) wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic / galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multichambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having overall thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (+_ 0.1mm) wall thickness. They panels filled vertcally and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S.rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 nos, of 150mm long brackets of 15 x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19 x19 mm M.S.square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65 / 100 mm size, complete as per manufacturter's specification.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 300 x 450 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x450 mm.

Providing and laying rectified glazed ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make (Somany / Nitco / Jhonson) in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 fine sand).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutrer to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix).

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing ASTM pipes including all ASTM plain& brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC, Single phase - 220volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages with suitable suction and delivery sizes complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning. (2 HP Submersible motor and pumpset open well).

Filling in Plinth or trenches,under floors, in areas with Quarry dust including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, lead, lift etc complete at all levels as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
