Periodical maintenance and operation of all electrical & mechanical installations of Terminal Building, Carpark lighting, Conveyors , AFL substation equipments (except DG sets & AMF Panel), GLF installations & E&M installations at residential colony & CISF barrack etc. on daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly basis as per maintenance schedule including preparation & maintenance of records /documents etc as per scope of work given in special conditions and technical specifications of contract etc complete as required. The contractor is required to deploy following minimum manpower in shift of eight hours on all days including holidays except on weekly off day : a) Wireman- 05 Nos (Skilled) b) Asst wireman/Operator - 02 Nos. (Semi-skilled) c) Helper - 04 Nos.( Un-skilled)

Servicing of 25 KVA DG set of Cummins make including Local control panel by supply and replacement of B check kit (Oil filters, fuel filters, Air cleaner Element, Foil Sealed test strip, Lube Oil, Inhibitor) and carrying out the preventive maintenance by OEM/authorised service agency etc complete as required.

Checking, servicing, calibration testing & submission of report of following protection relays provided on 415 KV , LT Air circuit breaker panel complete as per site requirement - 1) IDMT relays a) Over Current:-4 Nos. b) Earth Fault:- 2 Nos.

Inspection, servicing, overhauling of 3 Ph, 400 A GEC Alstom make HT Oil circuit breaker and testing of dielectric strength of oil upto 60 KV and submission of report etc complete as required

Inspection, servicing, overhauling, testing of 1000/1600 A L&T make Air circuit breaker and submission of report etc complete as required.

Supply and topping up the transformer/OCB with new transformer oil after dehydration/centrifuging and testing of dielectric strength of oil upto 60 KV BDV etc as required.

Servicing of 1 MVA Capacity oil type transformer of (Make- Volt Amp) including replacement of complete gasket set and 4 Nos LV bushing , testing , commissioning and submission of report etc complete as required.

Painting of following items in one or more coats using enamel paint of approved make including cleaning of surface etc., re-writing the identification letters etc complete as required. a) GI Poles of height upto 4 Mtrs i/c cable junction box.

Painting of following items in one or more coats using enamel paint of approved make including cleaning of surface etc., re-writing the identification letters etc complete as required. b) GI Poles of height more than 4 Mtrs and upto 9 Mtrs i/c cable junction box.

Servicing of 710mm x 720mm x 890mm size steel body desert water cooler including cleaning the surface, oiling/ greasing of all joints/ nuts/ bolts and painting the cooler body and other required parts with two or more coats in desired color for arresting corrosion etc, changing cooler grass in desired/ satisfactory quantity, checking electrical connections/ wiring for smooth functioning including minor repairs/ replacement but excluding motor winding and desert cooler water pump etc complete as required.

Extension of 250 KVA DG set stack height with 210 mm (Nominal) dia, MS 'C' class pipe along with bends, tees etc including 0.63 mm aluminium cladding, rockwool insulation, pipe welding etc complete as required.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of Morley IAS make (model ZX5Se) intelligent Addressable fire detection and alarm system complete (excluding batteries, detectors, MCP, Hooters, control module, Response indicator, wires from fire alarm panel to other devices) installed at Agra Airport through OEM or authorized service provider of OEM. Job include quarterly visit of Engineer from OEM or OEM's authorized service provider, performing periodical maintenance of fire alarm and detection system as per OEM's recommendations, attending unlimited breakdown complaints received through email/ telephone, checking the proper functioning of complete fire alarm and detection system, taking rectification action of fire alarm system by rewiring/ rectification/ replacement of all parts (except batteries) of the fire alarm main and repeater panel, reprogramming in case of any fault in panel or replacement of faulty detectors/ MCPs/ Hooters/ control module etc, ensuring proper functioning of complete fire detection and alarm system as per special conditions of contracts complete as required. Note :- Spares such as detectors/MCPs/Hooters will be provided by AAI. a) First Year
