Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil except hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, structing and blasting out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within compound in places as shown by the departmental Officers, cleaning and leveling the site with initial lead of 10M and lift 2M etc., complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation whenever necessary etc. complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement five sand) using 2nd class bricks in foundation and basement 1cum based on SI No.16

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plith beam with all cross brancings etc..,complete(Rcc coloumn footing plinth beam and lintel sides etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for plain surface such as RCC boxing side slab, and similar,RCC Slab with all cross bracings etc., complete in all floors of any height (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (one cement, one and half sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/ and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers.

White washing one coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental Enginners.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat,including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt,etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris,putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Painting with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new Iron works of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

Fabrication and supply and fixing of special type of ornamental Iron gate made out of using 40x12mm flat, 16mmSq.Rod and 75x40x6mm MS channel section for outer frame and shutter made out of variation type MS angle section with necessary stiffeners at intervals and necessary cross dioginal MS flats. The shutter frame shall be fully covered by 50 gauge CR angle and provided with required locking facilities and handle including cost of red oxide primer. (Working Data)
